We traveled to Panama City Beach for a baseball tournament and stayed in this beautiful home with 3 other families. There was more than enough room to accommodate our 18 guests comfortably. The beach view is unobstructed and gorgeous. The decor is modern and pretty. The lower balcony has two sets of tables and chairs which we enjoyed in the evening as the sun went down. The top balcony has a cushioned bench which the moms enjoyed when we needed to sneak away for a glass of wine and some girl time to take a break from all of the testosterone in the house. The bunk room on the first floor slept our players nicely. They brought their Xbox to use when the sun went down and it plugged in well to the tv in their room. They had their own bathroom which was nice. Speaking of bathrooms, the showers had great water pressure. The two master baths had good counterspace and drawer storage. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots, pans and anything else you may need. For example, there were 3 pizza pans available for use, a crock pot, several cutting boards, cookie pans and other helpful kitchen items. From my experience, that is unusual in a rental. We kept a large crowd fed easily throughout the week. We parked four cars all week and I believe there was room for more. If you have little ones and are concerned about the pool, the door that leads to it sets off an alarm every time it is opened and a button must be pushed to turn it off. The TV in the living area is a smart tv with Xfinity cable. We were able to watch Netflix on it. We wished there was a little more seating in the living area, but the small chair you see in the picture is actually far more comfortable than it looks. The two masters on the top floor have a great view of the beach, and the king with bunk on the back of the house actually has a pretty view of a pond and the sunrise. There are black out shades that are easy to operate. The rental company was incredible to deal with, always quick to respond to emails and questions. The beach across the street is not very crowded. We rented chairs and umbrellas from Holiday Beach Chair rental service. Nice quality chairs, much nicer than we have rented before, no foot rest and the fabric and wood feel new. If you aren't the chair renting type, there is plenty of room to stake out your own territory with your own chairs. Beach access is at your front door. It's as if you are really staying on the beach instead of across the street.
