GULF & BEACH VIEWS PRIVATE BEACH! Gorgeous Sunsets! Just STEPS to Rosemary!

Now I Sea is rare beach house with views of the beach and ocean in Inlet Beach. It is located three houses from Rosemary Beach (one of the closest rentals in Inlet Beach to Rosemary with gulf views) and directly across the street from the most western Inlet Beach access. This house has the most beautiful views of the ocean and unbelievable views of the sunsets from the second and third levels of this home. You couldn't ask for a better location...easy access to Rosemary Beach...but without the crowds on the beach.

Now I Sea looks directly at the white sand beaches and gorgeous blue waters of the Gulf Coast from the second and third levels. The walk to the private beach access is just a few steps from the front door. There is a community pool out our back door with lots of great lounge chairs and tables for you to enjoy. There is an outdoor shower on the front of the house to rinse off after spending a long day at the beach.

Now I Sea is a beautifully furnished home with lots of sunlight and expansive views of the gulf. The home has plenty of room for the privacy of everyone.

The first level has two queen bedrooms with a bath they share. It also has a master suite with a king bed and attached spacious en suite master bath. There is also a spacious laundry room on the first level with an ice maker to pack your cooler for your excursion to the beach.

The second level features on open floor plan with a large gourmet kitchen, dining, and living room. The kitchen and dining areas seat 12 comfortably, 8 at the table and 4 at the island. The living room provides comfortable seating for all and opens up to a large deck with a large sectional sofa and dining table that seats 8. There is also a speaker system throughout the living, kitchen, second level deck, and the third level deck that you can enjoy listening to music while you are relaxing and taking in the views. Off the kitchen is a stylish powder room that you will love. There is also a spacious master suite with attached master en suite bathroom off the kitchen.

The third level has another living room with a pull out sofa with an attached full bath. There is also a private bunk room with 4 bunk beds for the kids to enjoy. The third level has a sun deck with 2 chaise lounges and table that seats 4. The views and sunsets from this deck are truly amazing!

All bedrooms have luxurious linens and Stearns & Foster mattresses. All bedrooms and living rooms have LED wall mounted flat screen TVs. The house is also wired with speakers and sonos sound system in the living area and on both second and third level decks.

There is parking for four cars in the driveway. All linens, towels, paper supplies, and soaps are provided.

You are 25 minutes from the Panama City International Airport. You are 10 miles from Pier Park in Panama City Beach if you want to go to a movie, shop, or ride the rides!

Prefect family get away!

Loved the size of the house for a large family. Loved the close walk to a private beach & community pool. Lots of outdoor seating for family games & gatherings. Beautiful ocean view. Our family had a great time at this beautiful home. Get hosts as well!

Amazing Ocean View House!

Kristen was so great to work with and fast at communication. We had 3 families stay in this house (ages 20 months-42 years) and it was perfect. The ease of access to community pool, beach and Rosemary could not be beat. We had a wonderful time!!

2024 Family Beach Trip

WOW! What a great house for a 10-14 family member vacation. It was perfect from the start with communication with the property owners who were fantastic to the location only steps away from the beach. House was well maintained, everything was as listed and worked to perfection. When we return this will be our first choice to stay in Inlet/Rosemary!

Great Location, Property and Hosts

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The proximity to private beach was very convenient, making it easy for a big group to spend time by ocean without having to pack up kids in cars etc. Spacious property with balconies where you can look over at the ocean or people watch while the crowds enter and exit the public beach. Hosts were very responsive and assisted us swiftly when the propane tank ran out. Would recommend this experience to friends & family.

Amazing!!!

Absolutely perfect location in Inlet Beach and a short walk to Rosemary Beach. With young children, being able to take an easy walk to the house for "emergencies" was priceless. The pictures in the posting are even more beautiful in person. We'll be going back!

Exceeded our expectations! The perfect week!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at Now I Sea. This house was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and well stocked with every amenity that you could possibly need. We stayed with 12 adults and there was more than enough room for everyone to feel comfortable. We especially enjoyed the beautiful gulf views in the morning from the second floor deck and spending our afternoon at the pool after a long day at the beach. Kristen and Rick were quick to respond to every questions that we had and helped us find a local kennel to watch our cat for the week that we were there. It truly was the perfect family vacation. You can’t go wrong with this rental!

Wow! Beautiful home/view

Excellent location. Beach access was so close. You can walk back and forth btw house/beach no problem. The house is beautiful. We had a party of 12, everyone had their own space and loved the house! Beds are comfortable. The sunsets are amazing from the 2nd/3rd floor balconies. We can’t wait to come back.

Five star Home

The home is decorated beautifully And has a cozy feeling. We were steps from our private beach and community pool which made our lives easy going back and forth with small children. There is a beautiful ocean view that really makes you feel like you are right on the beach. Homeowners were very responsive to any and all questions/requests. We will definitely be back!!

Our son-in-laws comments 'awesome location, new, clean and great space.' My husbands comments 'House was minutes from Rosemary Beach and 1 minute walk to the beach (private and public). House was very well equipped, very spacious and very bright with lots of windows. Great view of the ocean from the deck. Also a wonderful private community pool 1 minute walk as an alternative to the Ocean. Great location in a well cared for home.' My daughter and I planned the vacation and we both said 'we did good'. Our families want to come back next year and stay longer. Kristen's prompt responses to our questions during the planning of our vacation was much appreciated.

We loved this house!

Our family loved everything about this house. The location is perfect - right across the street from the private beach access and just a couple houses down from the community pool which felt close to private, as well. The views from both balconies are incredible! We really enjoyed dinner and drinks out there as the sun was setting. Everyone in our group commented on how comfortable the beds were. They are like sleeping on clouds! Our kids loved the bunk room and entire third floor that they had to themselves! Our hosts really thought of everything and were extremely responsive when we had one issue with the lock on the door. They immediately sent a repair man and had it fixed that day. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Kristen and Rick!

Best Home in this Area!!

We have rented almost everything there is to rent in Barbary Coast (the community of about 20 homes in this area) This home is the BEST! It is clean and so nice and looks JUST as the pictures show it to. So many homes look great on VRBO but when you arrive, you find it is NOT like the photos. Well, this one is and more! From the beautiful furnishings to the fabulous decor, this home is a place I could live, year round, just as is! The location is the best as Rosemary is directly next door and you can walk or bike there is just minutes. The home is spacious. The layout is perfect for several families to share or one large family. It faces the ocean with beautiful, unobstructed views to your right (sunset!) from the main deck. If you rent this house, PLEASE keep it as nice as it is so we can ALL enjoy it again and again! I have already rebooked for the summer:) Kerrie J Nashville, TN

Great place to stay!

This house was very nice for our family. There is a private beach access across the street to the left and a public beach access across the street and to the right. The beach chair service guy is very very nice and knowledgeable about the area. The easiest way to book with him is through his website ahead of time. The view is pretty much blocked directly in front of the house now because of a large home that is being built, but there is still a nice view looking to the right where you have a beautiful ocean view. Parking for four large SUV/Trucks is awesome, not many places have that. It is basically in Rosemary, we walked there several times and it was only a 10 minute walk. There were just a few things I guess you would call complaints/ suggestions. There were very few bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths, we had to wash the ones we had several times because there were so few. There was also only one dish towel. We had to buy a couple at the grocery store. There are no bikes to use, most places come with bikes and or a golf cart to use. And the TVs need to be upgraded. They are old, bad pictures and not smart TVs so you can’t log on to your accounts you use from home like Netflix, Disney ect. Not that we watched a lot of TV, but when you have kids, it’s definitely nice to have. The upstairs area was really nice for the kids, 6 kids could sleep up there and they have there own bathroom. Just be cautious with little ones out on the 3rd floor balcony. Overall great stay!

Amazing location

We have stayed in the area multiple times over the last 10 years . We absolutely loved this location because it us close to beach, pool & shops at Rosemary. The house is well stocked and with adequate space for a large group . We had 12 adults two littles . Air conditioning is nice and cold and decks are perfect. Definitely a house we would book again.

This house is everything it is advertised to be! The location is unbeatable - 5 min walk to all the shops and farmers market, and the beach access is 2 doors down across the street. Kristen and Rick were extremely responsive and accommodating. Highly suggest this place!

Amazing trip!

We loved our stay at Now I See! The location is amazing- just across the street to the beach. The main floor balcony is large and comfortable with a great view of the water. The house was well stocked with everything we would need. We are already palm king our trip back next year!

Awesome location!

My family and I had an awesome time staying at the Merriam’s house. The location was great with easy access to the beach and walkable into Rosemary to visit the shops. We loved it so much, we have already booked another stay for next summer.

Why they chose this property

We bought this lot in 2013 after much searching for a prime location in Inlet Beach. We have stayed in Rosemary in the past but fell in love with Inlet Beach. You are adjacent to Rosemary without the crowds! There are not many gulf view properties left and we lucked out on a prime location.
