The home is exactly as it is on the website. Beautifully updated and clean. The owners responded quickly and answered any questions. The house is located right at a private access point, and you can see ocean views from the deck. You are steps away from the white sand! The kitchen was great, with a large island for preparing food and plenty of seating around it. All beds were extremely comfortable. A/C on every level, which is nice, and I think that is what keeps the house cool. The gas grill was great, easy to use, and worked well. We would definitely rent from Kevin and Chrissie again. Highly recommend their home if you want the best home-away-from-home vacation.

TALL COTTON is a great vacation spot for the family or adults to get away and enjoy the beautiful views and luxury of Seagrove, Florida!The owners were quick to respond for any needs and the house was amazing! Located directly across the from the beach.

The location is amazing. It was great for teens and tweens to go back and forth without an adult having to go with them. The public part of the beach, where you have to go if you stay here, got pretty crowded. Other than that, the house was amazing and the location is perfect!

Perfect location and house

House could not have been in a better location. We loved the open den and huge kitchen island. Everything was well stocked and clean. We have stayed in numerous houses over the years and this one really was perfect.

Beautiful Beach Destination

Beautiful beach property that comfortably housed two families. The house was beautifully decorated and furnished. Beach views and direct access to the beach, what more could you ask for. We will definitely plan to stay here again!

Excellent Vacation

We had a fabulous time at Tall Cotton. House was in perfect location for the beach and restaurants. The house had everything we needed- spices, foil, Saran Wrap, toilet paper, washing detergent, etc..... EVERYTHING!!! Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect beach house!

Our family had a wonderful time staying at Tall Cotton. Lots of space for everyone, you can see the gulf from the balcony, and the beach is a very short walk. We felt safe in the neighborhood and the owners are very responsive. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

We love the Tall Cotton House! Plenty of room inside this spacious home one back from the beach! This our second time staying here and each time is was a great experience! Location was great with an easy short walk to the beach. House was in good shape, very roomy, clean, and accommodated our large family (8 adults, 4 children) extremely well.Great kitchen and eating area. Hosts were easy to communicate with and directions for check-in and check-out were very clear. Looking forward to returning in the future!

Wonderful house

The location of this house in reference to the beach is perfect! The house is plenty big and the deck is too with table and chairs and some wrap around couches with table! Would love to come back to Tall Cotton it was a great stay for our group!

Fantastic (again)!

This is our second time staying here and it is fantastic. Very roomy, feet from the beach, very communicative owners. Just lovely. The bonus was a very fully stocked kitchen which made Thanksgiving prep a breeze. Thanks for letting us stay!
