Well maintained property. We only had one issue which wasn’t a big issue and the response from the office was quick and resolved promptly. Very short walk to beach. Would stay there again without hesitation.

Property is pet friendly , cleanliness was ok , we requested the pool to be cleaned 3 different times , the pool was never cleaned until the day we were checking out , this was definitely disappointing , overall the properties in a great location very close to the beach , the walkway to get to the beach was perfect , very quiet throughout the household with lots of privacy I would recommend this property with the advice to make sure the pool is clean before you’re stay over

Nice vacation home!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This location is only a short walk to the beach. The view from the top balcony is gorgeous! We cooked 3 nights while we were there and had all the pots pans, dishes etc., that we needed. The beds and other furniture were comfortable. The only downside for us was all tge steps without the use of the elevator. We had 3 elderly people in our group and they had a hard time on the stairs. But, we knew that ahead of time.

We were able to check in an hour early, which was great thinking the house was ready, but when we got there on a Friday afternoon, we had to enter through a bedroom because the front door wasn’t working. Latch was broke. So access to the house is through a bedroom & access to the pool are also through bedrooms which is weird for the guests staying in those rooms. When we did get to the pool it was filthy and the area around the pool probably has not been cleaned in months we called to ask for it to be cleaned and was told that they would call the Pool Guy and only comes once a week. He did not show up until Monday. Our checkout was Wednesday morning although he did a great job we purchased a broom and cleaned the whole entire area around the pool. I was very disappointed on the lack of maintenance. It was not well kept at all. We weren’t allowed to use the elevator so be prepared to walk four flights of stairs to see the ocean. I went up one time. It was too much although beautiful the house has been updated. Just a very strange layout. The balconies are great for our two little dogs, and the Pool area was fenced, which was great for them as well. We had 10 of us there so we were planning on cooking a lot but the oven was broken. The first guy was unable to fix it and no one showed up the second day and we left on Wednesday so we ended up eating out every night which was not planned. Toilet in master bedroom was broken also. House was not

The location was great with walking access to the beach and back to the house, no need to find public parking and load everything up; and convenient and short drives to all of our favorite restaurants and shopping. The house was clean and very functional for our group, we will certainly be looking to stay here again on our next trip to 30A.

Great Location!

The location could not have been better - A few steps from the beach, and with in walking distance to Airstream row and several great restaurants. The house was ready upon check-in, and had everything we needed. We even extended our stay an extra night. The management company was GREAT to work with as well.

Walk to the beach

The location was amazing, just a few steps away from the beach. Plenty of space throughout the house on each floor. The rooftop view was beautiful and I would definitely go back.

Stunning home backs up to 30a

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is an absolutely beautiful and immaculate home providing everything you could possibly need. The proximity to the beach is wonderful. Upon arriving, however, we were very disappointed to see that it is right on the main road and that the back yard/ pool backs right up to it which makes for a lot of noise as you are trying to sit on the deck or spend any time in the yard. When you sit on the rooftop deck you have a nice view of the water on one side and a view of the traffic on 30a on the other side. You can see and hear the cars. The pictures are very deceiving, as the angles that were photographed made sure that the road was not visible ...all of this being said, the house is stunning and comfortable. Also be advised the house is pet friendly which is awesome but we came to find out pets are not allowed on the beach without a permit so check into that before you come if you are planning on bringing your pet on the beach.

Perfect for large groups!

Rented this home for a large bachelorette trip and it has more than enough room for all of us. The location is great and it’s a short private walk to the beach! Really enjoyed my experience!

Ladies beach trip

We had the best time at 12 Periwinkle Lane! More than enough beds for everyone and the house was SO nice. We definitely plan on renting here again!

Great for winter break!

We loved our stay over winter break. The house easily accommodated our extended family and the fenced yard was an added bonus for our dog. Location was great -- steps from the beach and only a short walk or bike ride to Seaside. We hope to return soon!

Labor Day Family Trip

Excellent property with great beach access. Plenty of beds and lots of open space to gather in large or small groups. Only minor issue was the pool area could use a spruce up.
