Located in the quiet, peaceful Forest District of Watercolor, 134 Royal Fern Way is a beautifully furnished, coastal inspired 4-bedroom, 3.5 bath home complete with all the amenities you need for the perfect vacation - four adult cruiser bikes, a six-seater golf cart, and pet friendly. The location is perfect for venturing both within Watercolor as well along 30A, close to the shops of WaterColor Crossing, and only a three-minute drive to the Camp District pool. With this ideal setting for you and your family, what more could you ask for when planning your next 30A beach vacation?

A large front porch greets you as you walk up to the home and into the open floor plan of the main floor hosting hardwood floors throughout, a spacious living area and large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and farmhouse sink, along with ample dining space for guests seating six at the dining table, four at a small kitchen table, in addition to four at the bar for a total of 14. In addition to a half bathroom, the first of two master bedrooms is also located on the first floor and hosts a queen bed, private bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. Best 30A vaca spot!

We visit 30A every fall for school break! This property was perfection! The house was exactly as described. Beautiful lot with great porches to enjoy the. Oiler mornings. We enjoyed many of the amenities Watercolor had to offer, including many of the pools, the beautiful beach and the evening life of downtown Seaside. The golf cart with perfect for getting around the area. Management was incredibly responsive to our questions and needs throughout the week. We will definitely be back! We traveled with grandparents, our kids and pups! There was enough space for all of us.Thank you so much for helping us make incredible memories!

Cozy and Perfect

We had the best time with our family. Our granddaughter loved the nearby water slides, heated pools and playgrounds. The house had everything we needed and we loved going on rides in the golf cart. Perfect stay! We will be back!

Great property and rental

This is the perfect house for a family with children. It can comfortably sleep 8 people including children and the layouts of the rooms provide flexibility in sleeping arrangements. The house is even more beautiful in person then the pictures. It was so nice to have some starter amenities (dishwasher pods, toilet paper, trash bags, etc..) already there for us. There were even plenty of beach toys and chairs left behind by others to enjoy. This property is super close to camp watercolor and right next to Publix. The golf cart was perfect for our large group and the bikes were an added bonus. Overall this was such a great family vacation and we would absolutely stay at this house and with Sanders Rentals again!!!
