This property was perfect for a quick getaway! Being right on 30 A with walking distance to all the shops and access to the private beach was the main seller. Clean home and super easy check in & check out process. The host was quick with communication and addressed any questions we had. We will definitely be coming back!

Great location across the street from the beach. The private beach access and use of Cabanaman services made our beach trip very easy. Parking is very limited in Seaside, and the parking space provided was very helpful during our stay. The restaurants and shops in and around Seaside provide everything needed for the trip.

Perfect location to shops and beach. Right on 30A two blocks from town center. We parked our car day one and didn’t get back in until the day we left, so convenient. House is behind the main house and is small, but cozy. Has a spiral staircase to the kitchen which is fun if you need to get drinks in the fridge. Overall I would stay again.

Great weekend

Property was perfect for a couple. The beach access was super close and so easy to walk to. Also, a short walk (2 streets) from seaside was an added plus. Would definitely stay again!! Highly recommend!

This cozy house is in a central location. The beach is just steps away and downtown is two quick blocks away. The bikes came in handy.

Lovely getaway for two.

Perfect accommodation for two, wonderful location and good bikes! Surprisingly quiet at night as well and plenty to do. Loved morning yoga in the pavilion and riding the cruiser bikes east and west to see the parks and little towns along 30A. The state parks were pretty and very quiet.

5 stars – Perfect Seaside Getaway!Following Seas was absolutely perfect! It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and in an unbeatable location—just steps from everything Seaside has to offer. It was the perfect size for my husband and me. We had zero complaints during our stay. Everything was exactly as described (if not better). We truly felt at home and can’t wait to book again. Wonderful warm visit!

This is a wonderful property to experience. Just minutes walk from the hub of Seaside and gorgeous beaches. Great location for two! I would defniitely recommend to anyone. What a gem!
