Thank you for providing this review. I'm very sorry the ac failure in the MS building impacted your stay and we will check on the water pressure issue you experienced. Also, please feel free to call our reservations department to book they are very familiar with our homes and can let you know when a home has a spiral stair case. We hope to welcome your family back to Seaside again soon.
