Nestled behind the main house, "Life is Good," the cottage is accessed via a private footpath that leads to an arbor gate surrounded by mature trees and lush landscaping, offering a sense of seclusion and peace. A designated parking space right in front of the home adds ease to your stay.
Inside the gated courtyard, you’ll find thoughtful outdoor touches, including a newly added boardwalk, comfortable patio seating, and subtle ground lighting to guide you safely after dark. The furnished front porch features tall Adirondack chairs and a garden stool—perfect for sipping your morning coffee or winding down with a glass of wine at dusk. The surrounding yard provides a bit of open space for little ones to play while you relax. Guests also enjoy exclusive use of a private enclosed laundry area and an outdoor shower, ideal after a long day at the beach. A propane grill is available for evening cookouts, and bicycles can be stored safely inside the courtyard.
