Ground floor and 1st floor are connected by an external staircase. Ideal for relaxing, swimming and hiking - for example up to the medieval town of Lucignano, where there is much to see and taste. Nearby destinations: Siena, Arezzo, Montepulciano, Pienza and Lake Trasimeno. Unpaved access.
