About this property

One block to the River, sports park, dogs, AC garage games!

Grab a beach chair and check out the river shores as you will be walking distance to Sports park, beaches, and launch ramp! We have ping pong, corn hole, connect 4 and other games in the garage! This is in the desired location of the private community of playa del rio. Our home is walking distance to many amenities as well as a short drive to restaurants , shopping and casinos. This 3 Bed 2 bath has boat parking on the side of house, privacy fencing enclosing the property, fire pit in the backyard as well as a tiki bar pub table. Dine inside or outside depending on your mood! Our home is a great place to come and relax and unwind after a long day on the water or a day at the sports field!

We have a few homes in the area so if this one doesn’t accommodate your family, message me for other listings!
We give access to the garage for laundry and games, message me if you are interested in parking inside garage!
Side note… we have great neighbors (although you will probably hardly see them) but we want to keep it that way so please be respectful and mindful of that!

What an amazing experience!

I stayed at this property with my SO and another couple. Check in was a breeze; we got to Bullhead City hours early, and Cindy already had the house ready and was gracious enough to let us come straight over and check in. The house was stocked with toiletries and a great coffee bar! We ended up extending another week, and it was so well stocked for 4 people we never needed anything extra. Cindy has a great personality and texted every few days after our initial conversation to check if we needed anything. Attentive, and not at all intrusive. She even had a cute doggy diner station set up for our canine pal. I am a travel nurse and have stayed at MANY places around the country...this was definitely one of my very favorites! Thank you so much, Cindy, for a great stay! To anyone reading this, please don't hesitate to book with this wonderful couple. I would call them again in a heartbeat if I find myself in the area in the future.

No washer/dryer-terrible TV service

This house was immaculate upon arrival. But then realized there was no washer/dryer. I’ve never stayed in a VRBO w/o washer/dryer. The whole point is to be self sufficient in these homes. Although the kitchen was well supplied with dishesutensils, pots pans, the coffee maker was a single cup Kurig- there were only 4 pods and no suggestion on the listing that this was the kind of coffee maker they supplied. So we had to go to the store immediately to get coffee AND water. There were NO amenities in the bathrooms. This was also not mentioned in the overview description. The owner/manager did not offer to bring anything or appease us in any way except to give us the address of a laundermat in town. This is a water resort!! No washer/dryer was a major problem. Also we could not get TV channels. There were 3 TVs and about 8 remotes with no instructions. Very frustrating!! The garage was locked and we didn’t even have access to a broom. There was no fire extinguisher.The sheets on our bed were too small and would not fit on the mattress - they were old and quite shabby! There were no extra sheets to replace these old and very thin sheets. There was only a thin quilt -like cover on the bed and only one blanket in the entire 3 bdrm house. This was a throw blanket for the couch! I asked about blankets - she told me there was one. We obviously will never stay at this house again and we have reservations about booking through VRBO for our next trip. We are very disappointed and feel this house is misrepresented.

This house is great, very clean. With the little extras that were appreciated. The only issue is the TV’s there are no channels and Netflix needs to have a login also the bedroom next to the living room does not have a TV that needs to be updated in the description, but I would definitely still rent this place again I just hope they do fix the TV channels. My family did not want to leave. Thanks for the great rental! Oh and it is dog friendly as we had 2 dogs with us.

Nice accommodations , worked as far as close proximity to our boat .

Cindy went out of her way to help us out with our Jack Russell when we couldn’t make it back with our boat one night due to high winds . Between Cindy and the neighbor they came to the rescue , says it all !!!

Clean, cute, and great location

The house was great. Very clean. It looked even better in person. Cindy was very helpful and was quick to answer any questions. I loved the location. I enjoyed being able to easily walk to the park and river in the morning. It felt very safe. It was also a quick drive to good restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.
