Hi Vaibhav: Thank you for the great review for family Cabin #11! We are delighted to hear that you had a "good stay". Many thanks for the neat and tidy way in which you left the cabin upon departure. It was truly a pleasure hosting you. We would highly recommend you to other hosts, and we look forward to seeing you again during your next visit to the Mt. Baker area :) Happy trails, Dan
I would not go back,
Two nights in a row, my husband and son were playing pool, and asked to leave early before "dusk." It was supposed to be open dawn to dusk. They were playing around 8:00pm during summer time, so it was not sundown. Its my fault that I clearly mis understood that there was no hot tub in the unit, but I thought there was near the pool.

Hi Tricia: Thank you for your review! Your review is clearly intended for the community common area recreational amenities, and not for the privately/individually owned cabin itself. The cabin is located about a 3-minute walk to/from the community pool. "Dusk" at this particular time of year is at approximately 9:30pm, so yes, the community manager does impose a curfew on the amenities, so that other persons residing within close proximity to the pool can have peaceful enjoyment while staying at their cabins. We're sorry if there were any misunderstandings in this regard. We hope that you had an enjoyable time at the cabin itself...which is what the VRBO review is supposed to be centered around. Respectfully, Dan

Clean, quiet, the perfect getaway in nature.
The only hiccup was that we did not have a DVD player in the cabin as advertised. After we informed management, we were told one would be installed, but that never happened. It might be the case that they aren't super efficient about addressing issues as they arise. Aside from that though, the cabin was truly magical.

Hi Taryn: Thank you for the 5-star review for family Cabin #11! We are delighted to hear that you had an enjoyable visit, and that you found the cabin to be "clean, quiet, (and) the perfect getaway in nature". We will pass your kudos regarding the cleanliness of the cabin along to our housekeeping team. They will be equally thrilled! We apologize regarding the DVD player. Our maintenance person did drop off a new unit, but didn't have time to hook it up, as he was also triaging a broken water pipe that was flooding the floor in another cabin. Under the prevailing circumstances, that problem took precedence. He said that he presumed that you would see the unit that he dropped off while you were away, and that you likely wouldn't have any problems hooking it up due to its simplicity. Many thanks for the neat and tidy way in which you left the cabin upon departure. It was truly a pleasure hosting you. We would highly recommend you to other hosts, and we look forward to seeing you again during your next visit to the Mt. Baker area :) Respectfully, Dan
