Gorgeous home in Figeholm

In a cozy and quiet little archipelago village you will find this charming tent roof house.



The cottage is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful scenery, but there are also plenty of opportunities to stream movies or play games, and if you need to connect for a quick online business meeting, that's easy too.



From the cottage, you have a great view of the ocean bay below through large picture windows, which adds to the nature experience. You are only 50 meters away from the common bathing jetty. Throw your towel over your shoulder in the morning and start your day with a nice swim. The bridge is not for boating or fishing, but the house is wonderfully located near beautiful destinations with swimming opportunities and good fishing for those who like to fish. The nature here in the archipelago is particularly beautiful and invites you to hike, bike and run.



From the cottage it is only 3 km to the harbor town of Oskarshamn, which offers many entertainment and activity options. Stroll the cozy streets, stop into a café or two, and visit some of the stores. There is also a grocery store and restaurant in Figeholm (1 km south) and a cozy café in the small boat harbor of Klintemåla (1 km north) nearby.



If you want to paddle in the beautiful bay, you can rent a SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard).

Wir haben es sehr genossen

Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit in Figeholm. Das Haus ist supergemütlich und vor allem die Küche und das Wohnzimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten das Glück sehr schönes Wetter zu haben. Leider war es dadurch im Haus brüllend heiss und wenn man die Fenster geöffnet hat waren sehr viele Fliegen und Mücken im Haus. Wegen der Hitze und der Helligkeit konnten wir die 2. Etage nicht nutzen, aber unten sind 2 Schlafzimmer. Eines kann man verdunkeln, das andere leider nicht, was mit kleinen Kindern frühes Aufstehen bedeutet. Die Meeresbucht und der Steg sind wunderschön und idyllisch. Zum Baden sind wir aber lieber zu einem nahe gelegenen See gegangen, weil das Meer extrem algig war. Es lohnt sich sicherlich am meisten, wenn man ein eigenes Boot/Kanu oder SUP hat. Hatten wir leider nicht. Wir würden definitv wiederkommen.
