Two-family house composed of living room with kitchenette with sofa bed, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and bathroom with shower. The house is part of a renovated typical Tuscan country house. Guests have at their disposal an equipped veranda with table and chairs, with beautiful views of the Maremma countryside. Barbecue and large recreational areas in the garden. The house is located in Scarlino, about 4 km from the beaches of the Gulf of Follonica. Nearby, the medieval villages of Gavorrano and Massa Marittima await you. The owner of the house, a former chef, bakes/cooks pizza or dishes for guests on request and for a fee, using the produce of his vegetable garden. The owner also produces olive oil and wine. Access via a gravel road.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out.

Déception

Cette propriété , par ailleurs bien située , pourrait être mieux équipée , la cuisine contient le strict minimum , le 'salon ' est petit , la tv ,se regarde sur le côté , pas de wifi ; les chambres sont vieillotes , le matelas du grand lit est très inconfortable ! la soit disant buanderie est infestée de lézards ( pas grave si on les aime ) . Le barbecue est situé sur le jardin du propriétaire ,il faut donc passer par lui . L'accueil a été plutôt désagréable , nous étions un peu en avance , nous avons dû repartir ! L'explication pour arriver, pourrait signaler le no et le nom du propriétaire , cela éviterait de demander sur le mauvais chemin ! Le point positif est la terrasse sous les oliviers , dans un super environnement , le calme et le silence . Très belle région . Si nous devions y retourner , nous choisirions une autre location . C'est la 1ere fois que nous sommes déçus avec Abritel .
