The access to the villa includes paths with several steps, following the contours of a small hill. The villa is divided into 3 independent units each having its own terrace overlooking the sea and the pine forest. The apartment consists of a living room, a furnished kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed, two bathrooms, a large terrace, private parking, lovely sea view, TV, dishwashing machine, laundry. The charming terrace is provided with an outdoor dining table, a BBQ area for alfresco meals and a lounge area where guests can relax and take sunbathes. Equipped with every comfort, the apartment can accomodate up to 5 people and is ideal for a family group wishing to spend an absolutely relaxing holiday in the beautiful Maremma coast in a peaceful environment. The white sandy beach is about 2 minutes' away by car and about 15 minutes on foot.

Eine wundervolle Zeit

Wir haben die Zeit in Punt Ala genossen und das liegt vor allem an der schönen Unterkunft und deren Lage mit dem Ausblick auf die Bucht und dem supernetten Gastgeber Raffaele, der vor Ort bei Fragen und Problemem immer ansprechbar und emsig dabei ist, seinen Gästen die Tage leicht zu machen.
