Thanks to its location, the unit is completely independent and private. The house was completely renovated in April 2017. Access to the house is via a private staircase. The private, shaded parking space is located 5 meters from the entrance. The meticulously maintained front garden, in addition to a flat green area of ​​approximately 300 square meters, features a wooden gazebo equipped with a dining table for 8+ people and a brick barbecue. On one side of the courtyard, protected and screened by bushes, is a convenient outdoor shower.

The view from the front courtyard is breathtaking, spanning from the Gulf of Marina di Grosseto to the Argentario promontory and the Island of Giglio. Further west, it offers an incomparable view of the pristine marshes and the Maremma plain (known for its characteristic Italian cowboys, the "butteri"). Right in front of the front garden, you can enjoy a privileged view of the medieval village and its castle, reachable on foot in just a few minutes (about 300 meters).
The beach is about 800 meters away on foot, but please note that the shortest path is quite steep and can be challenging, especially during the hottest hours of the day. In addition to the equipped beach at the foot of the hill, there are many other free beaches that extend along the pine forest and can be reached by car in just a few minutes.
The interior of the house includes a living room with two sofas and a table for 10 people. The kitchen is equipped with all major appliances (stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator), a dining table for 6 people, and a large storage room/pantry.
