The house is equipped with all comforts, 30 mb optical fiber, Wifi, air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, American-type refrigerator with ice and fresh water production, 65-inch Smart TV with all Video apps.
There are 4 bedrooms, one double, 2 twins and one single.
Large garden with area relax, gazebo with 5-seater sofa and outdoor barbecue.
Ideal for those looking for a relaxing holiday and who love modern architecture, the house is in the center of a pine forest of about 100 hectares, not far from a long sandy beach. Away from noisy places and streets you can appreciate the sounds of nature. Suitable for those who love to immerse themselves in nature!
The house features the beautiful architecture the 60’s, which is why it was published in the Domus magazine, as well as in a German magazine. In 2011 it was published again in a book about the beautiful villas of Roccamare.
The beach is just 500 m away from the house and is 8 km long. You can get there from the houses in the pine grove in a very private way.

A wonderful place

We enjoyed a great stay at the Pineta. The plot of the owner is very well situated within the Pineta, quiet and only a few minutes away from the beautiful beach. The house, built in the "Bauhaus Stil", in the sixties, has its age, though light, airy and spacious. Fully equipped. A gem for aficionados of this style. Alberto is very supportive and very well reachable as well.

A beautiful first-class home in a beautiful forest

This modern design home is gorgeous with walls and doors that open to create an outdoor living environment throughout the home. Set in a beautiful pine forest development with a five minute walk to a private beach, this home is perfect for large families and multiple couples. Day trips to Sienna, Florence, Pisa, and even Cinque Terre are all within easy reach of this property. Five minutes away is the quaint town with restaurants, shopping, and a medieval section to explore. Alberto is fluent in English and the perfect host. We will return. Jim & Leyla. West Virginia USA

Ruhige Wohlfühloase am Meer

Wir haben 2,5 Wochen als Familie mit 2 Kindern (2 Monate und 3 Jahre) und 2 Hunden an diesem wunderschönen Ort verbracht. Das Haus hat alles was man benötigt und ist super ausgestattet. Es liegt eingebettet in einem sehr gepflegten Pinienwald, mit geschlossenem Eingang mit Concierge (24/7). Die besondere Architektur vom Haus lässt es mit Licht durchfluten, man hat das Gefühl im Freien zu wohnen. Der Garten ist gepflegt und mit einer schönen Lounge zum entspannen ausgestattet. Die direkte Lage am Meer (ca. 8 min zu Fuß) ist unschlagbar. Es war ein perfekter Urlaub, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Alberto is wonderful, friendly person. His modern home

Alberto is a good and kind guy and does all possible to render our holidays pleasant. Nevertheless the house could be cleaner and more order could be done for instance by removing old and useless stuff stored into the various wardrobes. The beach facilities are unsufficient: no table on the shadow area and no locker to close the hut. Despite that, Roccamare remains a lovely place and we could enjoy our holidays.

Fantastisch

Ich war mit meiner Familie und Hund da. Ich kann nur sagen eine fantastische Lage. Ruhig schön mit der Natur verbunden. Das einzige was ich nicht so toll war, die ersten 2 Tage hatten wir mit den Ameisen zu kämpfen, was sich dann aber geregelt hat. Ich kann dieses Objekt nur weiter Empfehlen, für die Menschen die Natur und Ruhe suchen. Wir durften eine wunderschöne Zeit dort erleben.

Design Ferienhaus in traumhafter Natur

Das Ferienhaus ist ein wunderschönes architektonisches Juwel im Bauhaus Stil aus den sechziger Jahren und auch die Einrichtung erinnert an den damaligen Stil. Etwas für Designliebhaber! Zwei nagelneue Badezimmer, Küche mit sehr neuen Küchengeräten und einer perfekte Ausstattung. Nur das dritte Badezimmer aus dem Baujahr roch zeitweilig etwas muffig. Haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und eine schöne Zeit dort verbracht, was sicherlich auch an dem sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber lag! Lieben Dank dafür! Wir fahren sicherlich mal wieder in die südliche Toskana!

Perfekter Herbsturlaub

Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist sehr komfortabel und großzügig ausgestattet. Der nahe gelegene gepflegte Strand ist im Oktober fast menschenleer, obwohl die angenehme Wassertemperatur zum Baden einlädt. Der Vermieter Herr Fraschetti ist sehr um unser Wohlbefinden gekümmert , die Kommunikation erfolgte problemlos und stets zügig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Unikat nahe Traumstrand

Wir verbrachten (2 Familien) einen traumhaften Urlaub in dem Haus von Signore Frascetti. Alles was über ihn, das Haus sowie den Strand in den Kommentaren unserer Vormieter steht, können wir nur bestätigen. Falls wir einen Verbesserungsvorschlag hätten, so wäre dies die Ausstattung eines zweiten Zimmers mit einem Doppelbett.

Das Haus ist ein architektonischer Schatz aus den 60er Jahren und war in dieser Zeit in mehreren Magazinen auf den Titelblatt. Es ist wirklich sehr schön in einer privaten Anlage mit 200 anderen Häusern gelegen, alles sehr privat und sicher. Die Grundstücke sind sehr groß, so dass man von den Nachbarn nichts mitbekommt. Der wunderschöne Sandstrand ist nur wenige 100 Meter entfernt, so dass wir fast jeden Abend am Strand gegessen haben und den Sonnenuntergang genossen haben. Der Vermieter war sehr um unser Wohl bemüht, die Absprachen zur Anreise waren perfekt und wir wurden persönlich am Haus empfangen. Wir können das Haus wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Tolle Architektur im Pinienwald

Sehr schönes, architektonisch interessantes Ferienhaus aus den 60er Jahren in einem ruhigen Pinienwald ca. 400 Meter vom wunderschönen Strand. Das Haus ist in gutem Zustand, bei der Ausstattung fehlt nichts. Der Vermieter ist sehr bemüht und hilfreich bei allen Problemen und bei Tipps zum Ausgehen etc. Wir freuen uns schon darauf wiederzukommen.

It was the second time we stayed in Roccamare and everything was as great as the year before. The house, the garden and the surroundings are beautiful, and our time at the beach was extremely relaxing and pleasant. I highly recommend it.

A wonderfully quiet retreat with private beach

This place easily outdid our already elevated expectations. The house itself is spacious and comfortable for six guests (4 adults, 2 children aged 9 and 12). Its architecture is very special: one is always in close contact with its surrounding garden and park (laid out in a japanish style), because of the large window area while moreover almost all walls can be opened. Although it must have been built several decades ago it still has a very modern feel (highly remarkable since most buildings from that period now feel distinctly dated). The Pineta area in which the house is located is a beautiful and well-kept wooded area of mature pinetrees with its natural undergrowth: shady and quiet. The area is private: its entrance is permanently manned by attentive and friendly attendants. The beach (with its private shelter and set of deckchairs), within easy walking distance, is simply wonderful: sandy (instead of pebbles), impressive breakers, a beautiful view (the promontory of the Monti dell'Uccellina and Monte Argentario on one side, the isle of Elba on the other side), and of course with the sea showing all the mediterranian shades of blue.

Designerhaus mitten in den Pinien

Tolles Designerhaus vollkommen ausgestattet. Wirklich vollkommen von der Küche inkl. Küchengeräten, Bäder Duschen (inkl. Aussendusche) bis zu den 4 Schlafzimmern (leider nur ein Doppelbett). Der Vermieter kümmert sich persönlich um seine Gäste und ist zur Anreise und Abreise persönlich vor Ort. Der Privatstrand (mit anderen Hausbesitzern gemeinsam ca. 1km lang) ist traumhaft und mit vier Liegestühlen und zwei Strandstühlen ebenfalls sehr gut ausgestattet . Wir hätten uns einen gedeckten Sitzplatz am Haus gewünscht, jedoch ist zu sagen das sich fast jede Wand des Hauses komplett öffnen lässt (spannendes Konzept). Einziger Makel die angriffigen Mücken.

Super - Desingerhaus im in den Pinien

Ein Desingerhaus welches keine Wünsche offen lässt. Ein sehr aufmerksamer und sehr freundlicher Vermieter welcher sich persönlich um alles kümmert. Das Haus ist vollständig eingerichtet (Küche mit allen erdenklichen Geräten, genügend Geschirr, genügend Kühlschränken). 8 Betten leider nur ein Doppelbett. Der Privatstrand ist traumhaft und mit 4 bequemen Liegestühlen und zwei Stühlen perfekt ausgestattet. Wir hätten uns einen Aussensitzplatz gedeckt gewünscht, jedoch kann das ganze Haus fast alle Wände geöffnet werden. Einziger Makel sind die Mücken. Familie Fahrni, Bern Schweiz

A lovely house, a spectacular beach

Nestled deep in a pine forest, the house is a real gem. It's spacious, light and very well-equipped, especially in the kitchen. The garden is gorgeous, beautifully designed with a hammock, comfortable upholstered sofas and several dining areas. The gated community has many house, but most aren't visible from the roads. The beach is private and very wide, no rows of chairs and umbrellas like most Italian beaches, and there's a dedicated shaded area with sun loungers specifically for our use. The 2 new bathrooms with showers were a real plus. There are lots of bars and restaurants within a few kilometres, but nothing within walking distance. Most visitors are Italian -- we only heard English spoken once! Mr. Fraschetti couldn't have been more attentive or helpful. I'll be coming back.

Beautiful house in a beautiful surrounding

We were at Roccamare with 4 adults and 3 children. It is a beautiful place , huge garden with 5000 m2 and the house is pefect for a large family. Is is very interesting from the architectural viewpoint, large and perfectly kept. The beach is semi private with few people there. There are some nice restaurants around if one does not want to cook, even though everything is there including Nespresso machine. We will come back.
