Ideal family holiday villa

I had very specific requirements when looking for a villa in Punta Ala for our family vacation and this house met them all: 1) 6 bedrooms with air-conditioning 2) big garden safe for small children 3) walking distance to the beach and horse riding club 4) quiet(er) neighbourhood. In addition, Carlo turned out to be a super host (and friend), giving us very practical and useful tips what to do in the area, where to eat and how to book our beach club. Everything in the house worked very well and when a couple of things didn't Carlo was able to provide a solution in a very short time. Would love to come again and perhaps try the house outside of the summer months. Grazie Carlo!

Great spacious house near the beach

We had a wonderful time at the villa in Punta Ala! The house is large, clean and offers enough space for 14 adults - there are 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a living room, a large terrace, and a large garden. There is enough space on the terrace for all guests to eat together. There are plenty seating options arround the spacious house. The kitchen is comparatively small, but offers a very large modern refrigerator and a large gas stove with oven. The cookware was good, but a second casserole and a large salad bowl would have been nice. There was a very large pot which was great, but if you plan to regularly cook for 14 people, you might want to bring a second one and a casserole/large salad bowl. We brought those anyway, so it was no problem. The internet connection in the house was very stable and fast. The beautiful sandy beach can be reached on foot via a pleasant path in about 10 minutes. There were some mosquitoes at the house, but the rooms all have good bars installed, you should just make sure that the bars are well closed when the windows are open and the lights are on. Since the landlord was not on site at the time of handover, he made it easy for us to get into the house via self-check-in. He is very friendly and helpful and answers quickly if you have any questions. Overall, we had a very nice and pleasant stay in Punta Ala and can highly recommend the house, especially if you are a larger group looking for a large house!

Jakob e il suo gruppo di amici sono stati molto rispettosi della nostra casa. Sono entrati in perfetta sintonia con la natura che circonda Villa Capinera apprezzando la riservatezza e la tranquillità dei luoghi. Nonostante la giovane età e il fatto che fossero 14 ospiti alla loro partenza la Villa era molto pulita e perfettamente in ordine. Ospiti di questa educazione sono sempre i benvenuti.

Die Villa Capinera ist ein wunderschönes großes Haus mit super großem Garten, fast schon wie ein Park. Wir waren mit 12 Personen und 3 Hunden für 10 Tage mitte Oktober dort. Uns allen hat es sehr gut gefallen. Alles war sehr sauber und wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt 7 Schlafzimmer und 7 Bäder, Klima, Moskitonetze, sehr gut ausgestattet Küche, eine tolle Terrasse, Grill.... für uns war das Haus perfekt, genau so wie beschrieben. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, ein schöner Spaziergang mit den Hunden. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt was uns sehr wichtig war bei Buchung. Carlo ist ein super lieber und freundlicher Gastgeber. Ich konnte ihn jederzeit kontaktieren und bekam direkt eine Antwort. Vielen Dank auch für die Tipps mit Veranstaltungen und Märkten.Punta Ala fanden wir zu dieser Jahreszeit sehr ruhig, am Strand waren nur sehr wenige Menschen. Ein schöner Ort um einfach mal die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/Restaurants gibt es in Follonica oder Castiglione della Pescaia. Ausflugsziele waren für uns auch sehr gut zu erreichen.Wir können die Villa sehr empfehlen.Vielen Dank Carlo für die 10 schönen Tage in der Villa Capinera.
