Grundsätzlich war der Aufenthalt gut und die Bilder aus der Anzeige haben alles sehr gut gespiegelt.Der erste Eindruck jedoch war erschreckend, weil das Haus bewohnt wirkte. Da sehr viele Familienbilder und voll Schränke mit Bekleidung uns empfangen haben.Die Möbel (Vorhallen im Aussenbereich) sind in die Jahre gekommen.In den Bädern haben wir benutzte Hygieneartikel vorgefunden und die Mülleimer waren nicht geleert.Das Haus war grundsätzlich sauber und ordentlich, aber es wirkte als hätten die Eigentümer das Haus für uns verlassen.Die Nähe zum Meer (ca. 5 Gehminuten) und der Ausblick von der Terrasse waren sehr schön.

Caro David, Sono molto contento che il vostro soggiorno sia stato piacevole e che le foto del mio annuncio rispecchiassero perfettamente tutto.
Sono anche contento che abbiate trovato la casa generalmente pulita ed in ordine. Effettivamente la vicinanza al mare e la vista dalla terrazza sono i due punti forti della nostra casa. Le foto di famiglia effettivamente sono delle opere d'arte di un famoso artista locale che ha fatto le foto a noi figli negli anni 70 e poi anche le foto ai miei figli negli anni 90 e noi le consideriamo ormai parte dell'arredamento della nostra casa.
Per quanto riguarda gli articoli da toilette parzialmente usati penso che tu ti riferisca a shampoo e bagnoschiuma che lasciamo anche se iniziati per una questione di risparmio ecologico e di rispetto ambientale.
Invece ti devo chiedere veramente scusa perché la svista molto grave è stata quella, come ci riferisci, di non avere notato che i cestini dei bagni non erano stati accuratamente svuotati.
Spero di avervi veramente nuovamente nostri ospiti negli anni a venire e sicuramente seguiremo i vostri suggerimenti.

Ottima soluzione per le vacanze
Abitazione molto confortevole, ben accessoriata e dotata di ampi spazi sia interni che esterni, immersa nella pineta e vicinissima alla spiaggia. Situata verso il porto di Punta Ala (facilmente raggiungibile a piedi) e dotata di posto auto.
Una soluzione decisamente ottima per una famiglia o per due coppie di amici (ci sono due camere matrimoniali, una camera con due letti a castello e due bagni).
Molto cortesi i proprietari. Consigliatissima per chi ama la tranquillità e gli spazi adeguati ad una vacanza rilassante.
