The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, mosquito nets in all windows and French doors, TV and outdoor shower even hot!

Nice and cute apartement

Apartment is really cute and perfect for vacation in the summer. It’s more than enough room for two persons to sleep and eat while you enjoy toscana on the day. The couch / bad is a little bit squeaky and isn’t the newest anymore but is okay for persons under 30 I guess. Vania is really nice and was always trying to help us to enjoy our stay even more. Thanks once again!

The appartment itself was lovely. A great location. However on the english internet it never said to provide your own bedding towels and toiletries. After talking to Vania our lovely hostess she provided us with bedding and towells. We then had to provide our own toiletries and toilet roll. The bed was a sofa bed which by the end of the week was uncomfortable. The appartment was great The stay was fab.

Buona sistemazione a due passi dal mare

Ideale per brevi soggiorni. Alloggio conforme alla descrizione. Comodissimo per raggiungere il mare e il centro e con tutti i servizi vicini. Effettivamente un po buio e con la veranda scarsamente utilizzabile per via della vicinanza alla casa adiacente (e alla doccia esterna dei vicini) e della mancanza di sdraio per rilassarsi (ma la presenza delle zanzare non avrebbe aiutato). Alcune cose all'interno andrebbero migliorate, aggiungendo ad esempio qualche ripiano di appoggio più funzionale, qualche gancio appendiabiti a muro, la macchina del caffè, qualche nuova stoviglia, detersivi di uso quotidiano, una tenda doccia che non faccia uscire l'acqua, un appendi asciugamano/accappatoio in bagno, la zanzariera in bagno. In pieno agosto a Castiglione ci sono grossi problemi di parcheggio.

Wohnung ist recht dunkel . Die Wohnung befindet sich im hinteren Teil des Hauses . Schimmel im Bad an der Decke und teilweise in der Dusche . Das bettsofa in schlechten Zustand , unter dem bettsofa lagen Socken , kaputter Brille und jeder Menge Staub ( Fotos verhanden ) , Toilettendeckel kaputt . Tipp : WLAN anschaffen , ein Toaster , Handtücher zu Verfügung stellen türschloss dringend tauschen oder Ölen , da wir eines Tages nicht die Tür offenen konnten , erst nach eine Stunde versuchen . Danach haben wir den Schloss selbst geölt.

Es tut mir alles leid. Ich hätte sicherlich bei vielen der genannten Dinge eingreifen können, wenn Sie mich darüber informiert hätten. Das Schlafsofa kommt an, aber die Lieferung verzögert sich und das Problem ist nur ästhetischer Natur. Für die Reinigung habe ich mich an eine Reinigungsagentur gewandt und werde Maßnahmen ergreifen. Ich entschuldige mich aufrichtig für die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten. Die Bettwäsche wird nicht wie auf der Website angegeben zur Verfügung gestellt, und es tut mir leid, dass Sie in Ihrer Beschreibung nicht erwähnt haben, dass ich „dem Gast Aufmerksamkeit schenke“, da ich Bettwäsche in der Wohnung gelassen habe (Ausländer haben sie oft nicht, daher war es mein Anliegen, sie mitzunehmen). sich darum kümmern). Das Schloss funktionierte so sehr, dass das Problem beim Betreten nicht auftrat, aber nach ein paar Tagen und leider können Gegenstände plötzlich „kaputtgehen“, hätte ich gerne Bescheid gegeben, damit ich Ihnen rechtzeitig zu Hilfe kommen könnte Probleme zu lösen zeichnet mich als Mieter aus. Ich danke Ihnen unendlich für die Bewertung, die mir immer noch hilft, mich zu verbessern

Castiglione della Pescaia: torneremo di sicuro!

Pro: Posizione ottima e assolutamente perfetto per 2 persone con cagnolona di 12 anni che è stata molto felice di poter entrare e uscire senza dover fare scale. Contro: il divano letto non proprio comodo come un letto matrimoniale. Il terzo letto, una branda pieghevole, sarebbe forse da togliere se non richiesto.

Proprietaria splendida, casa ottima per una vacanza senza pretese.

La posizione si presta perfettamente per fare tutto ciò che serve per una vacanza al mare. Attraversare la strada ed entrare in spiaggia è sicuramente la cosa che cercavo. Ho trovato oltre questo una casa ospitale, seppur non grande, con tutto quello che serve. La proprietaria è splendida e disponibile ad ogni tipo di esigenza riguardo gli elettrodomestici o qualsiasi problematica. è stata gentile in tutto. Sicuramente tornando a Castiglione della Pescaia terrò nuovamente in considerazione questa abitazione e la sua proprietaria.

Location in ottima posizione e molto accogliente. Proprietaria molto gentile e accurata nella ricezione degli ospiti. L’appartamento e corredato di tutto il necessario ed è veramente ad un passo dal mare e dal centro. Sicuramente torneremo.

L'appartamento si trova in una posizione strategica per raggiungere la spiaggia e il centro, dove è molto bello passeggiare dopocena. È stato fondamentale non essere costretti ad usare l'auto, data la difficoltà di trovare parcheggi in questo periodo.
