Ottimo siggiorno

Siamo stati due settimane con due bimbi piccoli e siamo stati molto bene. Ottima pulizia, casa attrezzata, molto comoda. Abbiamo molto apprezzato lo spazio esterno, la casa e’ vicina al mare e in una posizione che la rende molto silenziosa, di fronte alla collina. Vicinissimo da raggiungere anche il centro del paese. La padrona di casa e’ stata gentilissima e disponibile.

Einfache Wohnung mit allem was es braucht

Wir haben 2 tolle Wochen in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist auch für 4 Personen ausreichend gross. Als wir ankamem war der Herd defekt. Dieser wurde umgehend ausgetauscht. Maddalena ist eine sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Herzlichen Dank!

es war sehr schön in der Wohnung, ,Weg zum strand und promenade kurz, nette Terasse und alles da in der Wohnung was mann braucht, wir wurden freundlich empfangen und wir haben uns gut erholt, wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

giusta qualità prezzo.

La proprietaria é gentile e l'appartamento é spazioso e pulito. Il mare é vicinissimo, un pochino scomode le piastre a induzione. I bambini si possono divertire nelle due verande presenti.

Großzügige, relativ schöne Wohnung , zentral gelegen, aber ziemlich ruhig, in Strandnähe.

Lage und sonstige Ausstattung der Wohnung waren gut mit Ausnahme der schlechten Kochmöglichkeiten. Man konnte auf dem Induktionsherd nur ein Kochfeld benutzen ,(Sicherung zu schwach!) und da keine für den Induktionsherd geeigneten Töpfe vorhanden waren und daher selbst das Wasserkochen für den Tee über eine halbe Stunde dauerte, kauften wir selbst einen induktionsgeeigneten kleinen Topf. Die Möglichkeiten des Selberkochens waren folglich gering, was unseren Urlaub erheblich verteuerte.

La casa della sig.ra Maddalena è posizionata all'inizio del paese provenendo da nord, a meno di 5 minuti a piedi dal mare, in una zona molto tranquilla e di fronte ad un grande parcheggio immerso negli ulivi. Eventualmente in periodi particolarmente affollati è disponibile anche un garage grande e capiente sotterraneo. La casa è grande e funzionale. Ci si sta comodamente in 4 essendoci un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto. C'è anche una cameretta con un lettino singolo e eventualmente un lettino da campeggio per i più piccoli. Sono presenti lavatrice, asciugacapelli, tutti gli accessori della cucina, tv con digitale terrestre, bicicletta, condizionatore. Il centro è a poco più di dieci minuti a piedi percorrendo il lungomare. E' presente un minimarket nelle vicinanze. La padrona di casa è molto gentile, disponibile e non invadente. Ideale per tutti, anche con bambini piccoli. Sempre ventilata. E in posizione ottima. Consigliatissima.

Appartamento ideale per vacanza con bimbo

Appartamento in buonissima posizione, a 5 minuti dal mare, in zona tranquilla e non trafficata. Con una piacevole passeggiata di 10 minuti sul lungo mare si raggiunge facilmente il centro. La casa è molto accogliente, ben disposta, funzionale e a misura di bambino ( il nostro aveva 2 anni e mezzo). La veranda posteriore attrezzata con gazebo, sedie e tavola di legno e sdraio imbottito è ideale per pranzare e cenare in tranquillità. La signora Maddalena è veramente molto disponibile e attenta ai bisogni di chi soggiorna. Al nostro arrivo era stato istallato anche il climatizzatore che non è servito visto il giro d'aria che si creava aprendo le porte anteriore e posteriore. Cucina funzionale e armadio molto capiente in camera. Noi siamo stati veramente molto bene. Da consigliare sicuramente ad amici.

La casa è vicino al mare,...

La casa è vicino al mare, ha una bella terrazza che affaccia dalla camera da letto. I locali sono spaziosi e a norma di bambino. Posizionata al piano terra è totalmente indipendente. La strada che da sull'entrata non è molto trafficata e quindi l'appartamento è molto tranquillo. I proprietari sono delle persone molto gentili e disponibili. Abbiamo passato in soggiorno molto confortevole e rilassante. Il centro non dista molto ed ci si arriva con una piacevole passeggiata sul lungo mare.
