Access by cableway winter with snowmobiling baggage vehiculage provided by the owners to the gite or 400 m of dirt track summer. Arrivals may take place from 3 pm and departures must take place at 9: 00. Waterbody equipped & monitored 31 km. Shops & services in the village of les Contamines-Montjoie 2 km (at the bottom of the ski area). Alp in 18th century farm history located in the countryside on the Hauteluce/Les Contamines-Monjoie tracks at the foot of the Mont Blanc. Exposed southern slope. Splendid natural unspoilt edge of meadows & forests in the heart of the Alpine pastures. Very quiet. Good comfort. Warm mountain stamp. Nice landscaped lot with pool & bowling. Superb panorama on the massif. Sumptuous landscapes.
