Gite in the owners' house, independent access. Ground floor and 1st floor. Ground floor: 1 dormitory bedroom (2 double beds 140x190cm and 1 single bed 90x190cm). Baby cot. 1st floor: living room-kitchen-living room with sofa bed, bathroom (shower) and wc. Washing machine in common laundry room with the owners. Gite on the edge of a quiet hamlet. Good comfort and neat decoration. Immediate quality environment (meadows and forests). Swing, trampoline and ping pong table. Gite in the owners' house, located 8km from Albertville, Olympic city with its medieval town of Conflans. At the foot of the Bauges Regional Natural Park, privileged location between Savoie and Haute-Savoie to discover the region, its various massifs (Beaufortain, Val d'Arly, Belledonne) and its ski resorts Crest-Voland at 24 km, Arêches Beaufort at 31 km, Hauteluce-Val-Joly/Contamines-Montjoie 34 km (at the foot of Mont-Blanc), Les Saisies/Espace Diamant 37 km. Cross-country ski trails at Val Tamié (19 km), a preserved and beautiful valley. Nearby, the Abbaye de Tamié, a magnificent 12th century monastery, still in operation with its production of the eponymous cheese. Swimming pool in Gilly sur Isère (8 km) and 11 km away, Ugine aquatic and leisure center equipped with a well-being area. Many sporting and recreational activities nearby (including ice rink and swimming pool). Developed and supervised body of water 15 km away. At 28km, beach of Lake Annecy, nicknamed "blue lake" famous for the purity of its waters. An ideal destination for cyclists and hikers!
