BOUTIQUE HOTEL - King deluxe Suite 1/2 mi. from Santa Fe Plaza
The Kachina Suite is located in the historic, remodeled 1910 Territorial House. Enter your suite from the flowering garden. The King-size bed is draped with an Aguayo and matching pillow set; a woven textile from the Andes. The limestone bath is spacious, includes an over-sized tub and high-end bath products. Your gas chimney will burn warm and set the stage for a relaxing visit. The headboard from India is carved in wood and hand painted. This suite has a collection of pieces including an Amphora, a ceramic transport vessel from the Spanish Colonial period. The walls are adorned with a unique piece of hand painted linen from the Andes Altiplano in the North of Chile. The room is covered in a warm light that emanates from large windows covered in custom wooden blinds. The original brick floors are covered with a full-size cow hide rug. The private patio offers a swing love seat from the 1950's. The Gourmet Inn will lavish you with the eclectic flavor of Santa Fe, a collection of historic and family memorabilia surrounded by the Sangre de Cristo mountains and over 19 New Mexico territory pueblos. Wander off to Canyon road and enjoy an abundance of galleries.

We stayed at this boutique hotel during Indian Market. The interior has Spanish architecture rustic ceiling beams, tall ceilings, rustic pine furniture, hand woven rugs, and hand thrown pottery to give you a feeling of Santa Fe. There is off street parking but we didn’t use it, since we walked the seven blocks to the square and a few more to Canyon Rd. There is a small cafe that serves breakfast in the courtyard. Excellent place and location.
We enjoyed our stay at Casa Culinaria. We liked our room, the Kachina Suite, just be aware that there is no air conditioning - so we were a bit warm at times. The location is easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. We would stay here again if we have the opportunity in the future.

About the host
Hosted by Carolina & Manuel
Carolina Olea Cosignani and Manuel Lezcano de Orleans are the owners of Casa Culinaria - The Gourmet Inn, where they have given free reign to their passions for first-class hospitality and haute cuisine.
Manuel and Carolina have chosen an international and multicultural lifestyle that has allowed them to define themselves as cosmopolitans and hardened travelers. On one of their many adventures they discovered Santa Fe, New Mexico and fell in love with its history, traditions, scenery and architecture. They found in this city a corner of the world in which many cultures live together, recognizing tones unique to its environment. The Spanish, Mexican, and Native American cultures coexist in the capital of the Southwest in an extraordinary manner, giving rise to a unique and eclectic identity.
Santa Fe gave them the possibility of giving free reign to the most important adventure of their lives. They founded Casa Culinaria - The Gourmet Inn in January of 2017 to offer a space brimming with details, aromas, and flavors. Carolina is a formal chef with a "Grand Diplôme" from the famous International Le Cordon Bleu in both "Haute Cuisine" and "Patisserie"; Manuel is an experienced sommelier and aesthete. Both will make your stay a truly gourmet experience.
