Beautiful contemporary country house situated 12 km from the Bourget lake. Residential sector very quiet in the Aix countryside, at the foot of the massif des Bauges. Beautiful natural setting. Good comfort. Very warm. Spacious and bright. Large covered terrace of 15 m². Beautiful garden landscaped and very ornate. Very unobstructed view of the countryside and the mountains.
