This beautiful vacation home is located in a quiet street with little traffic.

From here it is only a few minutes walk to the fishing lake, shopping and the swimming pool in Arrild. Within a radius of 25 km are a whole 4 golf courses and the wide sandy beaches of Rømø.

The house is situated on a lawn with a high vegetation towards the southwest, which provides a good windbreak. Here you can enjoy really long summer evenings and almost half of the terrace is even covered.

The house is equipped with eight sleeping accommodations in 4four bedrooms. Also enjoy the jacuzzi and sauna where you can really relax. one of them with jacuzzi and sauna. On the open suspended floor there are still a few alternative sleeping places also you can make yourself comfortable there and play for example PlayStation.

Schönes Haus mit Luft nach oben...

Grundsätzlich haben wir in diesem Haus einen schönen Urlaub verbracht, da wir immer versuchen das Beste aus der Situation zu machen. Das Ferienhaus an sich ist gut und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Nach etwas suchen haben wir in der Chill-Etage oben auch die Auflagen für die Liegen draußen gefunden. Diese Chill-Etage mit einer Playstation 2 mit 1 Spiel wurde von unseren Kindern gerne genutzt. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld (außer der langen Wartezeiten in der Hotline) hat gut funktioniert . Auch die Übergabe des Objektes funktionierte einwandfrei (wir bekamen 2 Tage vorab die genauen Informationen dazu). Bei der Ankunft stellten wir jedoch fest, dass die Sauberkeit etwas zu wünschen übrig gelassen hat (keine Ahnung ob die Vormieter selbst die Reinigung vorgenommen haben, oder die Reinigung von Novasol durchgeführt wurde). Auf jeden Fall war der Grill verdreckt (wir haben daher nur mit Alufolie gegrillt) und im Außenbereich fanden sich noch Zigarettenkippen (wir alle Nichtraucher), die wir dann auch nicht entsorgt haben. Die Backbleche des Backofens waren leider ohne vorherige Reinigung auch nicht nutzbar. Wir gingen daraufhin zur Information auf dem Feriengelände und wurden darauf verwiesen, dass wir das direkt mit Novasol klären müssten. Gesagt getan - Novasol hat uns jedoch wieder an das Büro vor Ort verwiesen... Zudem ist zu erwähnen, dass in der Küche unter dem Herd eine Abdeckung fehlt und auch die Blende des Whirlpools im großen Bad nicht an Ort und Stelle war und man die Technik dahinter sehen konnte. Bezüglich Badezimmer ist zu sagen, dass die Bilder in der Anzeige den Eindruck vermitteln, dass es sich um 2 vollwertige Badezimmer handelt.... das kann ich so leider nicht bestätigen. Das "kleine" Badezimmer ist so klein und der untere Teil der Dachschräge so niedrig, dass Personen über 1,50m sich nicht im Spiegel sehen können. Mehr als 1 Person hat zudem in diesem Bad nicht Platz. Wer also wie wir plant, mit 2 Familien in Urlaub zu fahren und sich auf 2 Bäder aufzuteilen.... das funktionierte für uns so leider nicht. Die Krönung für uns war jedoch, dass eines Tages um ca. 8.30 Uhr in der Früh unangekündigt plötzlich Trubel um das Haus herum war und die Fenster von außen zu gemacht wurden. Es war der Fensterputzer, der hier seinen wohl regelmäßigen Rundgang gemacht hat und einfach losgelegt hat. Da wir alle noch geschlafen hatten, wurden wir durch diese Aktion sehr unsanft aus dem Bett geworfen. Eine Vorab Info wäre hier gut gewesen.
