Beautiful vacation home 5 km from the village of Bastardo, in the heart of the Umbria region. The house was once a country house and has preserved the typical exposed beams ceiling, characteristic of this region. The vacation home is located near cultural and art-historical centers and offers a panoramic view of the small village of Torri, a medieval village with 5 towers, where you can find grocery stores, and of the village of Bastardo, where there are also good shopping facilities. From the large living room, which consists of two rooms separated by an arch, you can access a beautiful covered portico (50 sqm). Here you will also find a table and chairs, making it ideal for your outdoor meals. The inviting pool is surrounded by a lawn. Perhaps you feel like a stroll in one of these beautiful small towns: Bastardo is only 5 km away, Todi 15 km, the wonderful cities of Assisi and Spoleto are 40 km away and the characteristic Perugia 45 km.
