Sunny beachside resort, walk to beach or enjoy lots amenities. Beautifully remodeled granite countertops, hardwood through 3 bedroom, 2 full bath with 4 smart TVs. WiFi in unit. Completely furnished kitchen with all normal utensils, cookware plus crock pot, regular brew coffee pot and Keurig. Beach items and wagon provided. No need to drive to public parking, just 10 walk on boardwalk across nature filled marsh to Hilton Head's secluded beach. Condo is in a no smoking/vaping building, including outdoor patios.

Perfect vacation spot

Spacious condo in a wonderful location! Had a great family reunion staying here! So nice to have a washer & dryer & well stocked kitchen too. Thank you!!

Some Disappointment

We had a great time spending time together as a family so that will be the good part of this review and what I am most grateful for. I will say the rental was very well equipped and stocked which was appreciated. Cocoa's on the beach was wonderful and we had a lot of fun there. The rest of my review will focus on the disappointment we experienced in this rental. This rental is a very old complex and that was apparent. It was not well cleaned when we arrived and definitely needs some sprucing up. The unit is also much smaller than we anticipated. The garbage disposal was not working and when I contacted PJ the response I got was "thanks for the heads up". There was no offer to come and fix it so we dealt with stopped up nasty sink for our entire trip. I was shocked by that. The light fixtures in the hallway and bedrooms are not working properly, even after changing light bulbs, the lights were basically strobe lights with all the blinking. The thermostat battery also had to be replaced. This unit is also not beachfront as I was expecting and filtered my search by. Overall, a huge disappointment and given our experience do not recommend this unit/ "resort".

Nice getaway

Property was fine, an end unit which i like for more sunlight and quiet. Long walk to beach, but provides wagon and rolling cooler. Plenty of room, stocked kitchen, and comfy furniture. Host responded to question right away. Great details for checking in and out. We didn't take advantage of all the amenities. Recommend bike rentals though.

Clean and well kept

Had the whole family down; all twenty of us. We rented four condos and they were all lovely and well- equipped. Boardwalk was an arduous trek for some w littles and for some of the elderly. Beach was absolutely gorgeous and clean. Fun eating at Coco’s, as well as enjoying some good food and beverages at Alex’s pool bar !!!
