Private balcony, beautiful view, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, with a Queen size foldout couch. Living room has a large 4k Samsung smart TV with a Nintendo Switch console, DVD player, board games, poker set, and stereo system. Living room furniture is BRAND NEW (11/2021). All bedrooms are furnished with new freshly cleaned sheets and towels, new mattresses and comforters, and smart TVs in every room. Updated and renovated kitchen with granite countertops, 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, hot tub, kids pool, workout facility, walking/jogging track, quick quarter mile walk to the beautiful beach! Coco's on the Beach located at end of boardwalk on this private beach has great drinks and food, bathrooms available. No pets allowed per resort rules. Complimentary shuttle too! Great rental!

Good overall

A few elements have been updated, but “updated” overall may be bit misleading as property is older. And it’s a long walk to the beach- at least 3/4 of a mile. Not a problem for my daughter and granddaughter, but I’m elderly and have some health issues. But there was a gentleman on a golf cart offering rides and that was very nice! A few suggestions for the property owner: We ate breakfast at the condo each morning. There were no oven mitts or potholders. ( We used kitchen towel.) There was no salt or pepper in the kitchen, so just minimal supplies. We also had to buy toilet paper for a 3 night stay for 3 women. (In one bathroom, the attached roll was nearly depleted & there was one other roll.) In the BR with twin beds, the light is right outside the window. A blackout curtain might help. As tourist season was gearing up, a deep cleaning would have been in order. Hate to be nit picky but it’s expensive to vacation these days. My granddaughter (12 going on 18 😄) really enjoyed the indoor pool as it was still cool on the beach. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and likely do it again!

Nice location and well managed apartment

The checkin process was very smooth. The apartment is located near shopping centers and also close to beach. The apartment complex is well managed. Very happy for our weekend there.

Best condo

The condo is in great location inside the property and great location at HHI. Kitchen has all the things you need and is clean. all the appliances worked great. Bathrooms are clean and supplied with plenty of towels and soap. Beds were comfortable and clean. The sun comes up in the main bedroom so its nice for the earlier risers to get the day started. The condo is not cluttered with a lot of owner items and decorations so there is plenty of space for the renter and their travel items. the hallways and neighbors to adjoining rooms were not loud. Indoor pool area is amazing. The big outdoor pool and resort restaurant is a two minute walk and has plenty of seating with good music. Onsite restaurant at the big pool has great food and service. They also have snacks and any extra toiletry items that may have been forgotten at home. Cocos on the beach restaurant is just a brief, easy walk down the boardwalk and they have great food as well. The tennis courts are well maintained and lighted for night tennis. Trash was in a close location for removal at departure. We will plan to rent from this condo again when staying in HH as it will be our first choice.

Why they chose this property

This BEAUTIFUL property is located at one of my favorite spots in Hilton Head. Only a short walk from the beach, this property provides the best HH beach experience without breaking the bank. The Hilton Head resort itself has indoor/outdoor pool areas, tennis courts, and workout facilities. This property has a relaxing private outdoor porch with a view of one of the many lagoons and the sound of its fountain. When you want to head to the beach, there is a short ~0.25 mile walk to the beach across the beautiful boardwalk. During the summer the resort also offers free golf cart rides across the boardwalk as well, if you don't care to walk. Right at the end of the boardwalk is an amazing local restaurant/bar "Coco's on the Beach", bathrooms, and a volleyball court. Then the recently updated beach follows close after. The beach has been recently dredged to bring up new sand to make the experience that much better.
