All bedrooms are furnished with new freshly cleaned sheets and towels, new mattresses and comforters, and smart TVs in every room. Updated and renovated kitchen with granite countertops, 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, hot tub, kids pool, workout facility, walking/jogging track, quick quarter mile walk to the beautiful beach! Coco's on the Beach located at end of boardwalk on this private beach has great drinks and food, bathrooms available. No pets allowed per resort rules. Complimentary shuttle too! Great rental!

The property itself was fantastic to stay at...indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, bar, small restaurant, bike rentals, boardwalk to the beach. The condo was clean, had beach chairs, beach wagon, chairs on the patio, beds and pillows were comfortable, ample parking, close to stores and public beach as well. I would recommend this place and will stay here again. The staff were friendly and helpful, and Nicolas (owner) was very responsive and helpful.

Great location, only reason it didnt get perfect marks are due to the noise levels from the indoor pool and neighbors above. Definitely not in the owners control but took our experience down.

First time to the area.

This property was perfectly suited for what we were looking for. We were looking for a place large enough for two adults and two almost adult children. This place was the size, price and location we were looking for. It is clean, quiet and good location to the beach.

Great stay

Stayed with my family of six, with kids aged 3-12. I give it five stars overall, the kids loved the pools, and all the amenities of the Hilton Head Resort are pretty good. The beach access is very good, and the shuttle was very helpful. I appreciated the extra beach gear that is available. The owner was very responsive. I agree with others, it's a bit hard to navigate right when you arrive, but it's fine after you find the room. There do need to be more places to hang towels and swimsuits, especially with 6 of us, and a rule that you can't hang things on the balcony. And the pull out couch is a bit odd - it doesn't lie flat at the end near the couch. Otherwise, it's a great location, stay, and value. We would likely stay again if we return to Hilton Head.

Very Comfortable and Clean!

This place was a great experience! The hardest part of the whole stay was getting there after dark and not figuring out what door to go in. But once I figured it out everything was great! The beds were comfortable and towels And linens were soft. The hot tub was so nice and everyone there was super nice! I would definitely stay again! Bonus points for auto ice maker in the freezer!!!

Great place for a family!

We had an excellent stay. Host was communicative and checking in was very easy. Thoughtful amenities in the condo including extra beach chairs and sand toys, although we brought our own. Comfortable beds and clean linens. Highly recommend!! Thank you!

We loved the place! We came down for a wedding and it was a BLAST! The condo was close to everything and a short walk to the beach. They had multiple pools and the property manager was easily reached. We will definitely be going back and booking the same place.

Great location, great price!

The condo was very clean, updated, and in the building that housed the indoor pool and hot tubs. Great location on the island, and very close to all the amenities that the island has to offer. The owner was very prompt in answering any of my questions. The check in and check out process was super easy. lots of things for kids to do. Easy to get to the beach.

Great for families with kids

This property is great in colder months and for families with kids. The indoor pool, hot tub, game room, etc. are right outside the condo door. For the same reason, it may not be the right place to stay if you are looking for a quiet getaway. The beach is about a half mile walk, but the walk is comfortable and scenery is pretty.Host provides bar soap but no shampoo or conditioner. Pull-out sofa bed is broken on one end but slept okay.Overall, the price was right, and we had an enjoyable stay.

Best Ever!

I've been to Hilton Head many times and this trip was one of the best. From beginning to end, the host was available to answer any questions and help if needed. The unit was just as expected, which was excellent: comfy beds, quiet, convenient, clean, great amenities. I would highly recommend this host and location to anyone who plans to visit Hilton Head.

Convenient location

The unit itself was updated. We arrived at check-in time and the unit had not been cleaned. The host was quick to get someone there and that taken care of. The resort is older but well kept. It is centrally located to great shopping, golf, beach, and restaurants. Check-in/out procedures were easy. We would stay there again.

Short Getaway

Overall we found this property to be suitable for a short getaway. Condo provided all of the essentials. This property is listed as "newly renovated" which is somewhat misleading. If you read the full description, the kitchen is newly updated and renovated. Other areas of the condo definitely show some age. The living room furniture is listed as "brand new" but that was of NOVEMBER 2021.

Why they chose this property

This BEAUTIFUL property is located at one of my favorite spots in Hilton Head. Only a short walk from the beach, this property provides the best HH beach experience without breaking the bank. The Hilton Head resort itself has indoor/outdoor pool areas, tennis courts, and workout facilities. This property has a relaxing private outdoor porch with a view of one of the many lagoons and the sound of its fountain. When you want to head to the beach, there is a short ~0.25 mile walk to the beach across the beautiful boardwalk. During the summer the resort also offers free golf cart rides across the boardwalk as well, if you don't care to walk. Right at the end of the boardwalk is an amazing local restaurant/bar "Coco's on the Beach", bathrooms, and a volleyball court. Then the recently updated beach follows close after. The beach has been recently dredged to bring up new sand to make the experience that much better.
