3 bedroom amazing home in Lärbro

Cottage with guest house in Valleviken. In the village there is a summer restaurant and a beach with a jetty. 2 km from the house is Furillen, an island with a bridge, because on it was once mined lime. In the old factory buildings is now a hotel and in the summer a restaurant. In Lergrav you will find an impressive area of rocket. The highest one has the name Modonna with child. In the fishing village you can buy smoked flounder, sit on one of the bridges and enjoy the peace and quiet. Norra Gotland is home to several former limestone quarries with swimming lakes. If you don't want to have sand between your toes all the time while swimming, take a swim in one of these lakes. In Rute you will also find the nature reserve Bräntings Haid with a rich flora (sand thyme, buttercups, thistles) and the bird species woodlark and nightjar. You are not allowed to bring pets to the guesthouse. Visby 52 km.

Großartige Landschaft

Wer schöne Landschaften etwas abseits vom Urlaubstrubel liebt, ist in dem Domizil richtig. Es gibt dort eine sehr moderne und gut funktionale Küche , schönes Gelände rund um das Haus und 2 Terrasen nach. Der einzige Wermutstropfen: wir haben Annex bei der Bettbeschreibung nicht separat außer Haus erkannt.

Großzügig ausgestattetes großes Haus in toller, ruhiger Umgebung

Das Haus liegt auf einem großen Grundstück in einer sehr ruhigen Feriensiedlung fast direkt am Meer. Die gemütliche Einrichtung ist wohl für eine große Familie gedacht, alles ist da, aber leider insgesamt schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Zahlreiche private Dinge nehmen viel Platz ein, auch kein Kleiderschrank vorh..Von außen erscheint uns das Haus deutlich renovierungsbedürftig. Kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort, keinerlei deutsche oder englische Infos zur technischen Ausstattung oder zur Umgebung. Wirklich toll ist die großzügige und moderne Ausstattung der Küche

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit super Lage. Gerade in der Nebensaison sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was eine Küche braucht und auch sonst dürfte es niemandem an etwas fehlen. Sehr gut!

Wir haben dieses wunderschöne und geräumige Haus sehr genossen! Zum Frühstück schon in der Sonne sitzen zu können, der Stille und den Vögeln zuhören, dann zum Mittag auf die 2. Terrasse umziehen zu können und die Aussicht auf die Bucht zu haben - herrlich!
