We will be happy to welcome you to our comfortable cottage in a small Berry village. Fishing on the Benaize, the Anglin and the Creuse (private 2nd category rivers for the first two and public domain for the Creuse), walks on the Voie Verte and hiking trails. Le Blanc 9km away (parachuting, first flight, Brenne eco-museum)... On the ground floor: living room / fitted kitchen area - lounge - shower room / wc. Upstairs: 2 communicating bedrooms (1 double bed, 3 single beds, 1 cot). Electric heating and wood stove (invoicing by actual consumption and wood €50 per cubic meter). Sheets are provided and beds will be made upon arrival. Terrace in front of the gite with an electric awning. Small enclosed garden with trees and flowers with lean-to. We will welcome you, we live right next to the cottage Optional services to be paid on site and to be reserved before your arrival: - End of stay cleaning: 42.55€ per stay - Towels: 10.64€ per person per stay Property managed by a professional.
