Look forward to your vacation in a typical Swedish cottage with a panoramic view of the lake right in front of the house.



This cozy cottage has a nice combined kitchen-living room. You get internet via fiber optic network. You can also look forward to many pleasant hours on the terrace, where garden furniture and a barbecue are available for cozy barbecue evenings. Here you can wonderfully start the day with a nice breakfast or end it with a nice dinner together while enjoying the wonderful view. At the cottage you will also find a practical outdoor kitchen, which can also be used for cleaning fish if you have caught something during the day.



You will appreciate the location on the lake and your own boat dock.

Erholung

Sehr erholsam, da das Häuschen in einer sehr guten Lage liegt, Anhöhe mit Blick auf den See und der Privat Weg zum Grundstück eine Sackgasse ist. Das Häuschen ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ringsherum Terrassen, Angel/Badesteg mit Plattform, Filetiertisch mit fließend Wasser und in der Küche viel und ordentliches Geschirr, Besteck etc. Alles sehr sauber und nette Nachbarn. Da wir schon mehrfach in Schweden waren, wissen wir wie das Sortieren von Bio, Plaste, Restmüll usw funktioniert. Sollte jemand das erste mal nach Schweden fahren, sollte er unbedingt mit dem Vermieter in persönlichen Kontakt kommen, wäre Schade wenn die Tinne gleich voll ist.

Schönes Haus am See mit guter Aussicht

Es mangelt an nichts in diesem Haus, etliche Sitzmöglichkeiten im Außenbereich vorhanden. Einen Grill, Feuerstelle zum Grillen; von der Therasse hat man einen schönen Ausblick auf den See. Auf diesem kann man mit dem vorhandenen Boot über den See rudern. Das Ganze ist ein wenig abseits gelegen und man hat so den ganzen Tag seine Ruhe. Es gibt absolut nichts zu bemängeln, das Haus ist sehr empfehlendswert! PS: Es sind aber zwei Häuser ein größeres und ein kleineres. Siehe Skizze vom Grundplan. Ein Foto vom Steg aus wäre hilfreich!
