From mountain biking trails, to world class museums, to corporate headquarters, our tiny homes in Centerton, Arkansas are ideal for all of your Northwest Arkansas exploration needs. *Monthly Corporate Rentals Welcome. ASK ABOUT WEEKLY AND MONTHLY DISCOUNTS.
A $100 cleaning fee will be applied to all reservations.

For guests staying 30 days or longer, the cleaning fee is $200.

*For an additional $30, monthly guests may request to have bathroom and bedroom linens washed, and beds remade during the light clean. Please notify us in advance if you will be requesting this service.

*Weekly guests are welcome to request a light clean, and/or linen service during your stay.

Great place close to downtown

Was in town for a bike race and this place worked great- short ride through neighborhoods to get to trails. Clean and was a great place to relax after riding.

Sweet spot on Centerton

Last minute trip to see our grandkids. Perfect location in Centerton, just minutes from everything! Check in was so easy, and most important, the host is so easily accessable!

Great Bike Adventure location

We biked to Coler Park and Bentonville Square each day. Super easy to find, safe, modern accommodations. I liked the brand new houses here. Well priced so you can have all your friends book and stay in their own house without having to share a bathroom. 😆

Weekend stay

Great little house. Nice and clean. There were ants in the bathroom and around the doors. It had rained heavily, so that could have attributed to the ants. The owner was very timely in replying to me. I would recommend staying here if you get a chance.

Perfect stay

We were looking for a last minute easy going trip for spring break this year and honestly thought this place looked too good to be true. It’s absolutely true though and was perfect for my small family and I to relax for a few days. The kitchen was such a huge perk. The owner was super helpful when the unit ended up having a minor electrical issue during a hail storm that went through. She had an electrician over and the problem fixed in the short time it took for us to drive somewhere a eat breakfast. 10/10 would recommend and it will be our first choice next time we’re in town.

Cutest lil house in GREAT location!

Enjoyed our stay in the tiny house! It was only minutes from our kids home, and was everything we needed! Check in was a breeze, and communication with host Tara was easy. I so appreciated getting check-in instructions the day before! We have booked other rentals before, and did not get instructions or details til literally ONE HOUR before check-in!! Not at the tiny house! Tara was on it! We received clear, easy to follow directions and instructions, making it EASY to get in! Bed was super comfy. I really appreciated the over the door, full length mirror, that helped free up the bathroom. Lighting was good, and property was ohhh so comfortable. We will definitely stay again!! Thanks Tara!
