A holiday rental surrounded by nature, overlooking Lake Moulin Papon.
In a quiet setting, just 7 km north of La Roche-sur-Yon (45 minutes from the beaches of the Vendée, 45 minutes from Puy du Fou).
Sleeps 6, 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with a 160x200 bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90x200 beds, 1 sofa bed in the living room).
Holiday rental, attached to our house but with its own garden area. Fully renovated in 2022, spacious with 100 m² of living space and very comfortable.
Numerous hiking trails start from the cottage, including the Moulin Papon loop (9 km).

Completely renovated at 2021-2022 using high-quality materials to preserve the charm of the original structure: solid hardwood floors, terracotta tiles, and exposed stonework.

Private entrance from the street to ensure complete privacy for our guests. Floor-to-ceiling window facing the garden.

We will ask for a security deposit check for 300 euros upon your arrival; this check will not be cashed but will be returned to you upon your departure provided the cottage has not sustained any damage.

Non-smoking cottage; pets are not allowed.
