There is also a well-equipped playground on the property for the younger members of the family. The big attraction of the house is the beautiful pool area. The pool has a whirlpool for 5 people, a wellness sauna and a bathroom. The kitchen and dining table overlook the pool area. The cosy living room with wooden beams is furnished with beautiful furniture in matching colours and the smart TV allows you to watch your favourite series even on holiday.

The house is very energy efficient and is heated by both solar and geothermal energy. There is underfloor heating throughout the house. You can enjoy the beautiful summer evenings on the partially covered terrace and cook on the large brick barbecue. There is also room for the whole family in the cosy barbecue hut with seating for 10. You can play table tennis and table football in the garage.

With the Wadden Sea just 600 metres away, it's easy to take long walks here and experience the fascinating wildlife and unique nature. Remember to keep up to date with the tides when you go out on the mudflats.
