This beautiful vacation home is situated on an enclosed natural plot in a quiet area on a dead-end street and close to a family-friendly sandy beach.
In the house, great emphasis has been placed on functionality. The living room is furnished with modern furniture as well as a fireplace. Its warmth is indispensable on cold days. Bathroom, kitchen and hallway are equipped with heated clinker floors, so you can leave your slippers at home in autumn and winter. On the large wooden south terrace you can really enjoy the summer.
The surrounding area offers an 18-hole golf course, a bowling center, a mini golf course and a put and take lake for fishing.
