This property is absolutely amazing. Anything and everything is well stocked and clean. The views are fantastic while sitting on the patio overlooking the infinity pool and sea. Highly recommend and will stay here again.

A lovely home with a fantastic view. A great location with easy beach access by car. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to cook and dine in& much appreciated. The host provided us with tips for island dining and shopping which was very helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

This a luxury house! Very well equipped and in a great location! There were plenty of places to relax and enjoy company inside and out. Our favorite was the outdoor patio and pool area! Our host provided excellent communications before and throughout our stay! We highly recommend!

This property needs some maintenance. When we arrived there were several issues, the house was not clean, the pool was green from not being cleaned and the A/C downstairs was not working and did not work our entire stay. Patricia the host had the house cleaned and the pool cleaned while we were there but all of this should have been done prior to our arrival. Very disappointed considering the amount of money we paid for this rental, we received a small refund that went towards an excursion we had to do offsite considering we could not use the pool for 3 days.

We were surprised to hear your concerns regarding the refund amount, as your husband, John, explicitly stated that he was very happy with the refund. We would also like to clarify that the air conditioning unit in question is located in an area of the villa that is only used occasionally. All four of the other air conditioners were working perfectly. When the unit experienced an issue on July 4th, we immediately dispatched an HVAC technician that same day. Due to the holiday weekend, the replacement unit could not be purchased until Monday; Plus we put a portable unit in that area. Regarding the pool, our scheduled pool service unfortunately failed to arrive as planned. We take the upkeep of our property very seriously and, as a result, terminated our relationship with that provider. A new pool company was engaged immediately and arrived the following day to resolve the issue. With respect to the cleaning concerns, a professional cleaning crew had serviced the property prior to your arrival. We sent them back to clean and you elected to dismiss the cleaning team shortly after they arrived. We always strive to provide an exceptional experience for our guests. While we encountered unexpected maintenance challenges over a major holiday weekend, we acted promptly, communicated openly, and worked continuously to address concerns as they arose. We are committed to our guest. We appreciate your stay and wish you all the best in your future travels.

Wonderful place to stay!

This is our second stay at this property, which is best compliment! For us, it's a perfect place to enjoy St. Thomas...a great house, less than a 10 minute drive to the beautiful Magen's Bay beach, close enough to the rest of the island's activities and in a safe, gated community. And the host Patricia, is outstanding!

Wonderful villa!

St Thomas Modern Villa Stay

Patricia's home on the North shore of St Thomas is beautiful and is exactly as advertised. The villa was perfect for our family Christmas vacation with gorgeous views, close access to Magens Beach and excellent amenities. We will definitely stay in Patricia's home again.

The view, the home, the perfect vaca

We were stunned at the beauty of the ocean view. The house is as elegant as the photos suggest. Everything we needed was there. The infinity pool was clean and comfortable day and night. Our host responded quickly to our questions. We would definitely stay here again.
