Imagine sitting in back yard and having an unobstructed view of the golf course (double fairway) with ducks and Geese in nearby pond while enjoying a beverage of choice.
Turn on the Firepit or Hot Tub if you get chilly!
Extreme privacy as houses on either side are hidden by 6' hedges and house is on a cul-de-sac. Nothing but nature to see.
Almost 2800 sq. foot house, newly renovated, we are there every moment it's not rented, in a gated community,
The new natural Gas BBQ is there for your enjoyment, just bring the steaks.

This open plan vacation home has vaulted ceilings in the living room where you can enjoy watching the smart, 75"TV, as you stream your favorite shows. There is new couch and 10 person dining table for you to enjoy.
New Hardwood flooring throughout the house.
The game room offers you the chance to play pool on a regulation size pool table or try your hands at darts while you sip a drink from the wet bar. This is my favorite room as I tried to re create an 'Irish Pub feel' to remind me of my Irish roots.

All the bedrooms have new linens, pillows and comforters. All new towels, including pool towels and bath rugs throughout the house The Master bedroom, with King bed, walk in closet and ensuite bathroom is away from the other bedrooms for added privacy. The 'kids' room has new beds as is the King Bed in bedroom 3. Bedroom 4 also has a king bed. Kitchen has everything you need to cook any meal you heart desires.

Indio Fun House!

Kevin, the host, was excellent to work with. He was very attentive to our questions before our arrival and any questions we had during our stay. In preparing for our extended family to visit, he provided bikes and a Pack-N-Play for us.

wonderful stay

This place was just perfect for our get-away. The space was plenty big for our family to spread out and still have some privacy. It was clean, comfortable and had all things we could need or want in the bathrooms, kitchen and outdoor space. The communication was great with the host and helped with any questions prior and during our stay. The outdoor area was beautiful, pool big and jacuzzi perfect. The neighborhood was quiet and we had some nice walks around it. We would definitely come back, thanks again!

Kevin was so wonderful, he made the check in process easy, was so accommodating, and so friendly. His house is so great, tons of space, amazing pool, and super close to the coachella campgrounds. We would stay with him again and again if he lets us! our group absolutely loved the house and can’t wait until next year!

Great location and great amenities.

This home was conveniently located in Indio and close to all places we planned to visit. The home is spacious and can accommodate a large group. We really enjoyed watching the wildlife fowl in the pond out front and sometimes the crazy golfers. The home has comfortable furniture inside and out and the spa was amazing as well as the fire pit! Kevin was great to communicate about any questions we may have had and responded quickly. Being able to use the transponder was a huge plus for getting in and out of the community. It was just a great overall experience!

Beautiful Home with lots of space

First thing I'd like to point out is how clean this home was. My family and I stayed here for 3 days in this beautiful home. It was very big with lots of space for everyone. Kitchen had everything we needed and beds were very comfortable. The pool table and darts were a big hit with the adults. The pool area was the best part. The view of the golf course was beautiful and the pool was very clean. The kids really enjoyed swimming. Kevin was very quick to get back to me if I had any questions and booking was a breeze. My and family and I can't wait to rent again

Paradise

Life has been hectic being a front line nurse in this crazy time. Needed to get away for a few days with family. Perfect time was during my birthday. Chose this house from so many I saw for the immediate serenity. I was right. From the moment I booked I spoke with Brian & Kevin. They were a text/call away if I had any questions. Arrival was easy as was check in and out. The house was immaculate clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable and very clean. It honestly felt like home. I told Brian & Kevin we are family now. Because we plan on returning. I recommend this house a million times…but not on days we choose :)

Family get away!!

Kevin was great, we were able to contact him right away, he replied promptly. everything was accurate from the list in the house, my Family and I were really pleased!! Amazing pool, darts, ping pong table, pool table, golf course, super clean. What else can a family ask for!!!? It is a definitely amazing house to stay with friends or family get away. I moved to New York City when I was 26 and 15 years ago I move to Los Angeles all for the adventure, nothing has changed. Met my wife Michelle here and we love to travel internationally and domestically. Can't wait for travel to open up.

Why they chose this property

The minute we saw the view there was no other house for us. You combine the view, size of the house and of the pool area and everything else we looked at paled in comparison. Many of the houses, although more modern, have a view of 4 walls from their pool.
All we had to do was modernize this house, which we have done.
Our future retirement home for sure!!
