Wonderful open floor plan in this 1 story, 3500 square foot home with private casita. All 4 bedrooms have their own bathrooms, 3 being ensuite. An additional pull-out bed is also available in an enclosed room off of the Guest Suite. The 17,000 square foot lot includes one of the largest private pools in PGA West.
Beautiful combination of dining room, living room, kitchen, and bar, all with views to the expansive back patio, the 10th fairway and green of the Nicklaus Private golf course, and surrounding Santa Rosa and Chocolate Mountains. Living room has 75 inch LG Smart TV and a separate wet bar area. Multiple outdoor seating areas and lounge chairs, plus North/Northwest exposure equals plenty of sun, shade, and beautiful sunsets.
Two separate office spaces great for remote working that include High Speed internet and WiFi. Gourmet kitchen with high-end Dacor range, double oven, and microwave, as well as a large Sub-zero refrigerator. Bonus garage includes extra refrigerator and freezer. Fun amenities include 2 wine refrigerators, pool hoop, ping pong, outdoor eating spaces, and lovely, quiet front courtyard with additional seating
