An additional pull-out bed is also available in an enclosed room off of the Guest Suite. The 17,000 square foot lot includes one of the largest private pools in PGA West.
Beautiful combination of dining room, living room, kitchen, and bar, all with views to the expansive back patio, the 10th fairway and green of the Nicklaus Private golf course, and surrounding Santa Rosa and Chocolate Mountains. Living room has 75 inch LG Smart TV and a separate wet bar area. Multiple outdoor seating areas and lounge chairs, plus North/Northwest exposure equals plenty of sun, shade, and beautiful sunsets.
Two separate office spaces great for remote working that include High Speed internet and WiFi. We purchased this bigger 4BR, 4BA home in PGA West in 2021. It has more space for friends/family and for working remotely. Had previously rented our other home (3BR, 3BA) on VRBO (#708106) and received 57 five star ratings out of 59 (2 four star ratings) and was a platinum host - we sold this home a few years back.
