At an altitude of 250 meters and in a prime hillside location near the National Park Velebit is this vacation home with an impressive panoramic view over the sea and the islands of Rab, Krk and Pag. The elevated position and the pretty surrounding landscape create the perfect setting for a beautiful and relaxing vacation. The vacation home is practically furnished and all bedrooms are equipped with TV and air conditioning. The first floor is connected to the 1st floor via an external staircase. On the well-kept property you will find a barbecue. Here you can relax and prepare dinner while your children enjoy themselves on the swing or with a round of table tennis. The vacation home has a very nice swimming pool and the sea is only 10 minutes away by car. In the region there are no less than three national parks. Excursions to the islands of Rab or Pag are also recommended.

Als wir angekommen sind, wurden wir sehr freundlich von Mateo begrüßt.

Als wir angekommen sind, wurden wir sehr freundlich von Mateo begrüßt. Er hat uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Er kann so gut deutsch, dass man sich sehr gut verständigen kann. Mateo kam jeden Morgen sehr früh, hat sich um den Müll und den Pool gekümmert. Wenn man ein Problem oder Anliegen hatte, konnte man sich immer an ihn wenden. Er hat sich immer schnell um alles gekümmert. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen, aber traumhaft schön. Man hat dort seine Ruhe und jede Menge Platz. Der Riesen Pool und die eigene Sportanlage sowie die Außenküche waren ein absolutes Highlight. Zum Teil wurde das Haus schon renoviert. Die Klimaanlagen waren sehr gut. Alles in allem war es ein sehr tolles Haus. Zum nächsten Strand fährt man va 10 min, genauso wie zur Fähre die einen zur Insel Rab bringt. Ein sehr kleiner einkaufsladen ist ca 15 min entfernt. Wenn man vernünftig einkaufen möchte, fährt man gute 30 min. Also ohne Auto geht es dort nicht. Montags kommt immer der Obst und Gemüse Mann. Bei dem man sehr gut und günstig einkaufen kann. Allerdings waren wir alles sehr zufrieden. Am meisten waren wir von Mateo und seiner Frau begeistert. Zwei so Herzliche Menschen mit denen man auch mal den oder anderen Schnaps trinken konnte.

Fantastisk utsikt och ett hus som verkligen har allt vi behövde! Vi levde vid poolen och i det väl

Fantastisk utsikt och ett hus som verkligen har allt vi behövde! Vi levde vid poolen och i det välutrustde uteköket där vi lagade all mat, tittade på EM-fotboll och njöt av varma kvällar. Välfungerande AC i sovrummen, bra pool och väldigt trevlig hyresvärd. Jättehärligt med basketplan och andra lekytor där våra ungdomar har hänt mycket. Vi gjorde fantastiska utflykter till öarna utanför och till Plitvice Nationalpark. Några små minus: Det är långt till närmaste livsmedelsaffär, ca 30 min till så det kräver planering. Badrummen är ganska omoderna, utom ett som känns nytt, och vi hade svårt att få varmvatten till rummen på bottenplanet.

Das Haus war perfekt für viele Personen. Die Outdoorküche mit Grill und der Pool mit dem Blick zum Meer sind super. Alles an Kochzubehör und Geschirr vorhanden, außen und innen in der Küche. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad, Handtücher sind vorhanden.Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.Es ist sehr ruhig dort. Zum Einkaufen fährt man ca 30 Minuten. Zum Kiesstrand und zur Fähre nach Rab ca 15 Minuten, dort gibt es auch Sandstrand.Uns hat es als Gruppe sehr gut gefallen!

Hat seinen Reiz

Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Sanitäranlagen bedürfen einer Überholung. Nichts desto trotz es ist alles funktionell und vorhanden. Die Außenküche und Poolbereich mit super Ausblick auf die Bucht lassen keine Wünsche offen. Leider gibt es in direkter Nähe keinen Zugang zum Meer und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur mit Fahrzeug zu erreichen. Auf alle Fälle sehr ruhig gelegen und ideal zum Entspannen. Der Eigentümer Matheo ist sehr hilfsbereit und kümmert sich um alle Bedürfnisse.

Außen top innnen Flop

Der Außenbereich ist super, bis auf dass der Grill keinen Abzug hatte und den kompletten Bereich einräuchert! Alle anderen Bilder vom Objekt, außer der erste stock, sind fake! Alte betten und alles knartscht! Keinen einzigen duschkopf konnte man aufhängen! Einzelne klos komplett locker! Klobrille nach der ersten Benutzung in der hand gehabt. Beim duschen kam ein Chlor Geruch hoch. Die Außenküche war in Ordnung - man konnte bei wind und Wetter draußen sitzen. Nichts desto trotz ist das Haus nixhr Familien geeignet- eisenstangen ragen aus der Erde, Glasscherben liegen am Boden etc.1 Personal vor Ort nett!
