Wer Ruhe sucht wird hier außerhalb der Saison seine Ruhe finden. Die umliegenden Restaurants sind allerdings alle geschlossen.

Schmutzig

Leider fällt die Bewertung zu diesem Haus nicht positiv aus. Die Ankunft am späten Abend war ein Graus. Insekten , wie Spinnen Mücken etc. finden wir normal, aber nicht in den Massen, wie sie in dem Haus wohnten. Hinzu kam, dass das Haus sehr verschmutzt war. Sand und Hundehaare an den Polstern, die Gartenmöbel starrten vor Schmutz, und waren auch sehr verschmutzt. Gereinigt ist da nichts geworden. In dem Zustand für uns unbewohnbar. Zum Glück hatten wir, auf Grund unserer Gruppengröße, zwei Häuser gemietet und konnten in der ersten Nacht zwar beengt, aber sauber im zweiten Haus schlafen und am nächsten Tag Putzen (3 Personen 3 Stunden). Warten auf den Putzdienst wollten wir nicht. Zwei Kinder mussten beschäftigt und untergebracht werden, Die Beschwerde wurde von einer netten Dame entgegen genommen, Wir schickten ihr Fotos des Hauszustandes. Neben dem Schmutz gab es auch Stockflecken an den Matratzen. Zur Reinigung: es wurde uns eine kostenlose Endreinigung angeboten. Die Stockflecken wurden den Besitzern gemeldet, die meinten, dass das nichts ausmache, man habe neue Bezüge drauf gezogen. Bei den Mietkosten erwarte ich anderes. Hätte es das Ausweichhaus nicht gegeben, wir wären wieder abgereist. Ein gepflegtes Urlaubsdomizil stellen wir uns anders vor. Einen Info-Ordner mit Erklärungen und Hinweisen (Mülltrennung, Müllabfuhr etc.) zum Haus, wie allgemein üblich gab es nicht. Positiv ist einzig die Novasol Hotline zu erwähnen. Die Dame war wirklich bemüht das Problem zu lösen. Eine Grundsanierung, die das Haus nötig hätte, konnte sie uns nicht anbieten. Ansonsten: Never ever!
