So glad you enjoyed your visit -- come back any time!!
Our stay was great. The condo was clean, well-maintained, and in a nice/quiet area. Close to multiple local restaurants and not far from downtown Nashville. Check in and out were an absolute breeze. Would highly recommend!
Place was perfect for visit with our daughter who lives in the Nations. Host communicated very well and modified our original reservation to add an extra day. The kitchen is fairly well equipped and host provided good coffee and tea selection. Living room and bedrooms were very comfortable.
I stayed there with a group of my sister in laws for a weekend and we loved it! The mix of authentic and new mid century modern is extremely well done. It was squeaky clean with extras like stocked coffee! We felt very safe staying there as well. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone and will be seeking it out again for my next visit.
Needed a short stay location as we became YOUNG grandparents! Our son and wife live in The Nations area and we wanted to be close by to see our grand daughter. Very very clean , close walking to eateries. Outstanding !!
This condo was perfect for 2 couples. It’s brand new, clean and in a nice location, walking distance to several restaurants. The host was very responsive and accommodating. She has a welcome booklet that is like no other and goes out of her way to make sure your trip goes well. It made for a great trip.

Thanks so much for kind review -- it was a pleasure hosting you!
We loved every bit of our stay at this little condo. The location was great with lots of little places around us to eat and get coffee. It was a nice laid back location, close to downtown. The place was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. I would stay here again! And the owner was so helpful and lovely. They left us some little snacks and bottled waters when he arrived too. Just a great experience and house all around!
We stayed for 4 nights and the place was very nice and accommodating. Loved the little extra treat and water bottles. We mainly ate out but did cook a couple times for breakfast and had everything we needed. We felt very safe the whole time we were there. Easy to find. Lots of places to go within walking distance. If/when we come back to Nashville we would stay here again.
This property was so cute inside, exactly like the listing! Check in was seamless we were sent all the info about a week in advance. We ended up driving to downtown a lot it’s about 10 -15 minutes- not too bad! A lot of places to eat within just a couple minutes of the property. Overall just a great place in general!
Only thing I really had any issues with was the furniture. Very uncomfortable. Their were 4 of us and to be comfortable someone needed to sit at the table. The chairs were very, very uncomfortable.

I don't think you've rented an air bnb/VRBO before, but I wish you would have checked the seating to see if it was a fit for your group. I've never had a complaint so I'm not sure what you're were expecting (something closer to what you have at home maybe?) but the couch and chair usually work for 4 people and in 60+ bookings this is a first. This is why I rarely rent to first timers -- they just don't really get what they're renting, which is someone's place. If big, cushy seating was something you needed you should have searched for a place with recliners, barcaloungers, huge overstuffed couches, what have you. That's not what you rented from me, so complaining hardly seems fair.
Property was very nice. Accessibility was good. Parking is good if maybe a little narrow for full size pickups or SUVs. The place was clean and well kept. There is truck noise from the adjacent street (Centennial). The master bedroom ceiling fan does not work but the light on the fan does. The ceiling fan in the guest bedroom wobbles to the point of worrying about it staying attached. Water heater or furnace are noisy at times. It is a very nice and well furnished option and was the perfect location close to family for us. The Nations area has everything you need if you're not looking for the NashVegas scene which is not far but downtown.

Thx for the feedback and I’ll have those fans checked. I haven’t had had any other guests note the noise - it’s not on a main drag and the building is fairly new so not sure what to say about the “loud” furnace and water heater as you’re the first to mention it.
Super cute style exactly like the photos. Seems to be an up and coming neighborhood with new businesses coming in. Pretty quiet and close rideshare to downtown. Appreciated having cooking oils to cook our breakfast in the morning. Great full size hair dryers.
We had a great stay. This property is very nice, well maintained and clean. Beds are very comfortable. There are many options near by within walking distance for restaurants and stores. Short ride to broadway. Very pleased with our stay. Property manager was very helpful and accommodating. Thank you.
Our family of five had plenty of space in this rental. It was clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. The location was convenient - only a short ride to most attractions and downtown. The property manager was very helpful and quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone wanting to stay away from downtown, but still close enough to everything Nashville!
Very nice apartment. Good Restaurants within walking distance. Some traffic noise when sleeping because unit is right beside a road, but I got used to it.
The place was nice, modern and perfect for our needs. It was within walking distance of some coffee places, restaurants and breweries. We got Ubers to get to and from the Broadway area which was very affordable to do. We were only at the VRBO to sleep/shower but it is equipped with all kitchen appliances to make meals if needed. The only con is that the traffic noise is a bit loud at night in the master bedroom but it was tolerable. Overall a VERY nice place to stay when visiting Nashville!
We had a wonderful stay. The location was great and safe and the Property was very clean and organized. The manager/owner of the Condo was engaging and easy to communicate with. She even had a booklet that was available electronically and physically that was very well written and organized. We will be back.
Was perfect place for a two bedroom. Nice furniture and well stocked kitchen. zero complaints from our group and would book the place again in a heartbeat if needing to stay in the Nations.

Hi folks! This is year four here in Nashvegas (I'm a Minnesotan who's lived in the Carolinas, Brooklyn, Twin Cities) and I love this crazy town. The bar is really high for good music and hot players, and then there's the Country Music Hall of Fame, historical day trips to distilleries and historic sites, and don't forget BBQ, Hot Chicken and meat and threes! Whether you're hitting the honky-tonks on Broadway or checking out the Ryman Auditorium or the Opry, there's a great sizzle of energy in the air to go along with that gorgeous skyline. They don't call it Music City for nothing!
Why they chose this property
The Boomerang is a brand new urban condominium in "The Nations" area of Nashville. It's only three stories tall so this unit is a top floor unit with elevator access. No noise above you. Airy and bright, the modern, open layout, fully furnished kitchen, generous room sizes and tall ceilings all make this an appealing, comfortable space. There is parking on the side of the building (two spaces).
There is walkable food, coffee, nail salon, brew pub, pilates, pizza, Mexican food, deli, smoothies and fruit bowls and more on Centennial Blvd. Charlotte Avenue is parallel and runs through West Nashville to Downtown as well as to restaurants (Hattie B's Hot chicken) and shopping. It's an easy town for Ubers and Lyfts and a quick — under 15 minute — drive to the downtown attractions and Broadway.
