This child-friendly finca is enchantingly located, surrounded by nature and on an enormous plot. The property is lovingly maintained and offers you pure relaxation. It is completely fenced, has a fantastic and spacious pool with sunbeds protected from the sun, a garden shower, a small children's playground and a private tennis court! Some of the most beautiful beaches of Mallorca can be found less than 10 km away and they will offer you great beach days. A spacious lounge with an American kitchen and a large dining table invite you to get together. But most of the time you will surely spend on the spacious terraces next to the great outdoor grill. Here, all hobby cooks go into raptures and they spoil your family and friends with many delicious treats from the wood fire. This vacation home is a real feel-good house for large families and our Novasol customers have been confirming this for over 10 years. All six double rooms have their own bathroom. In room No. 1 there is an additional bunk bed (only 1.80 m long) and this is well suited as a family room. The bathroom of room No. 5 is handicapped accessible and has an extra wide door - in this case there is also a small special ramp to step from the salon to the rooms. Behind the finca, the sympathetic owner maintains, among other things, a huge orange plantation and vines. From 01.04.-31.10. only Saturday is possible as change day. Groups (except families and couples over 30) on request and with special deposit.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out.

Lots of noise and diesel smoke

The actual property is decent but the level of noise from air crafts flying right over the house as well as smell and noise from the diesel generator located next to the pool area are very disturbing. However, what we found most disturbing was the lousy service from the owners. On our day of departure the cleaning team arrived just before 9 AM although the contract clearly says that the premises should not be vacated until 10 AM. All our belongings were more or less in bags and suitcases but although we asked to let our four year old still sleep in one of the bedrooms we found the cleaning personnel clapping to wake her up at 9 AM. This very much ruined our last morning at the house and the owners seemed annoyed with us still being there although we were not supposed to leave until more than an hour later. The house was clean but dishwasher didn't work properly until we cleaned the filters ourselves. The tennis court is also very worn down. Finally, although it says that it is child friendly the owners and their personnel are driving very fast in the small road connecting the house with the playground leading to their house meaning that our kids were not allowed to run freely at the property.
