Muy cerca del puerto viejo( 50 metros) y del centro histórico, a 10 minutos a pie de las calas, al corazón de la ciudad con sus tiendas, sus mercados de PROVENCE, pero en calma completa. Al secundo piso, con vistas a un jardiń.
Coche seguro en un garage privado en el sótano. Apartamento de 75 m2, totalmente climatizado, en une residencia reciente.Salón y sala de tele que se abren a una terraza de 20 m2 y el jardín de la residencia. Dos amplias habitaciones( 14 y 12 M2) con 4 camas 90X200.
Cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos. Cuarto de baño con bañera y lavabos dobles.

Superbe apparemment, très propre, situé à 2 mn à pied du vieux port.
Pour la voiture, il y a un box au sous sol.
A 10 mn à pied, il y a la gare routière qui permet d'aller à Marseille en 45 mn en car

Séjour très agréable
L'appartement est très agréable. Il est spacieux et lumineux, dans une résidence très calme. La terrasse est très agréable. Elle est au soleil le matin mais à l'ombre le reste de la journée. Ce qui permet d'en profiter quand il fait chaud. Le box fermé pour la voiture est un vrai plus. Et l'emplacement est idéal pour visiter La Ciotat, les calanques, les iles (Ile verte, Ile des Embiez). Les commerces et le port sont tout proche.
Plusieurs équipements dans la cuisine sont neufs, la literie est neuve et de bonne qualité.
Le seul point négatif était un ménage très médiocre à notre arrivée. Il y avait beaucoup de poussière au sol et sur les meubles. Néanmoins J-Pierre a su répondre à nos autres demandes très rapidement.
Nous sommes satisfaits de notre séjour. Merci beaucoup

Je me réjouis que vous ayez apprécié votre séjour à La Ciotat et la qualité de l'appartement mis à votre disposition. S'agissant du ménage, je vous confirme qu'il avait été réalisé avec soin avant votre arrivée mais que nous avons été victimes dans le SUD-EST entre le 6 et le 8 avril, soit exactement au moment de votre prise de possession des lieux, d'une tempête de poussière de sable venant du sahara qui s'est insidieusement insérée en tous lieux. Je vous adresse copie d'un article de presse qui atteste du caractère incontournable et imprévisible du phénomème que nous avons eu à déplorer. Bien cordialement à vous.
