Comfortable accommodation with fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.


The accommodation is composed as follows:
- Living room with queen-size bed (160x200), TV and dining area.
- A kitchen opening onto the living room, fully equipped with hob, fridge, cooking utensils and microwave... The coffee machine is a Nespresso. A washing machine is also available for longer stays.

Le Caboteur "Le logement est extrêmement bien situé, en plein centre-ville mais ne donnant pas sur la rue. Le métro est à une quinzaine de minutes à pieds et il est très simple de se garer sur un parking relai. Tout est ensuite accessible à pieds : Place du Capitole, bords de Garonne, restaurants, épiceries, etc. Le logement est propre, joli et spacieux. Il est simple d'y entrer grâce à une boîte à clés, les instructions sont très claires. Nous recommandons !"

Le Caboteur "Ne correspond pas à sa notation - Bien, mais surtout pas fabuleux 🙂 L'emplacement est très bien 🙁 Pas de clim, la propreté du plafond, nid d'araignée avec ses œufs. Le bruit de la ventilation, très bruyante, (l'impression d'une hotte de cuisine). Le sommier du lit était cassé. Il était spécifié qu'il aurait une machine à café nespresso, (j'ai d'ailleurs appelé en amont pour m'en assurer, ce n'était pas le cas à mon arrivée - le nécessaire devait être fait et ça n'a pas été le cas. De plus impossible de joindre l'agence qui gère la location, car fermée du vendredi en fin d'après-midi au lundi matin ... pour une arrivée le vendredi à 16h30, c'est compliqué si l'on a besoin de qqlchose.... Il fait préciser que ce n'est pas Booking qui gère la réservation ainsi que le règlement, mais une plate-forme locale. Les prestations du logement sont tirées au plus bas. Pour conclure la note ""fabuleux"" ne correspond pas du tout à la réalité. Je me suis permis de prendre des photos de ce que j'ai évoqué ci dessus."

Une erreur cependant sur la description du wifi qui n'est pas aligné avec un usage professionnel et trop lent. Contact très professionnel avec l'agence qui m'a permise de trouver une solution."
