Les Capitole I. - Studio avec climatisation

We offer you a fully-equipped 20 m² apartment for rent, in the very center of Toulouse!
Ideally located next to the Place du Capitole and the Victor Hugo market, you'll have plenty of time to enjoy the city and all its unmissable sights.

The apartment comprises
- A kitchen opening onto the living room, fully equipped with hob, fridge, cooking utensils, microwave, crockery... The coffee machine is Italian.
- A sleeping area with queen-size bed (160x200), for which we provide sheets, bath towels and household linen. It is also equipped with a closet for storing your belongings and a cosy corner with two armchairs.
- The bathroom includes a shower, a washbasin with mirror and a toilet. A hairdryer is also available.
- Welcome kit: On your arrival, you'll find a small welcome kit in the apartment, including tea bags, coffee for your first breakfast, shower gel/shampoo and kitchen condiments.

You will have access to the entire apartment. The reservation is handled by our concierge, who will make sure you have everything you need for your comfort and that the apartment is clean before you move in.

On site, you'll be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialized in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be at your service throughout your stay to help you make the most of it.
