About this property

Spacious, newly updated, 3BR + bonus room, 2.5BA townhouse with pool, tennis courts, and shuffleboard courts right outside the front door and only a 5-10 minute walk through the resort to a private beach access!

The home is located in the Gulf Highlands gated community which includes 11 pools (including beach side pool), multiple tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, 18-hole mini golf course, fitness room and playgrounds.

Beach side pool has restaurant/bar that serves breakfast, lunch and more.

You will have the entire townhouse to yourself.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, large closet, and TV.

The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and is accessed by walking through the master bedroom as shown in the pictures. There is a barn door that can be closed for privacy.

There is full private bathroom for use by those staying in the master & bunk rooms.

The third bedroom has a queen bed and is also equipped with a TV and large closet. A second full bathroom with shower and tub is located across the hall from this bedroom.

The main floor has a sunroom off the back that has a sleeper sofa for your use.

There is a pack n play available for your use as well.

The living space has comfortable seating, a TV with Roku, and various board games.

The kitchen is fully equipped with many extras including blender, crock pot, cookie sheets, muffin pan, coffee maker, toaster, electric griddle, and more.

A washer and dryer are provided within the home for your convenience.

Added amenities to help you enjoy the beach and resort include beach towels, beach toys, mini golf putters and golf balls, and shuffleboard equipment.

There are two parking spaces available directly in front of the unit.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time! The listing was beautiful and exactly as described. The communication with the owners was top-notch. We had a few questions once we arrived, and we were able to get answers immediately. The only ‘con’, if you could even call it that, was the distance from the beach. It was quite a walk, and there was no lot to drive and park closer. It was difficult for my mom, but we drove her there and took the car back to condo. It was a minimal inconvenience, and it in no way took away the fun of our week! I would stay here again!

Great home to stay in! Owner was quick at responding to the questions we had! Great place!

Wonderful property to stay if you are heading town with family! Several swimming pools to choose from and very clean! Property is easy access to the beach and a pool right on the beach! Wonder was very helpful with any questions we had! Highly recommend!

July 4th vacay

We really enjoyed staying here. Pool is right outside the front door. We had a small issue with a toilet leaking...no big deal. We let the owners know ASAP and it was fixed within a couple of hours. Owners were very responsive to all of my questions before and during our stay. Plenty of room for everyone. Very clean. Will stay again.
