About this property

Updated modern 1st floor condo on Carlin Park and close walk to the ocean

Completely remodeled 2 bed two bath condo that is one of the few condos in Bella Vista that has a courtyard in front instead of a large parking lot. This used to be our home so we updated it for living in it and we take pride in quality. The kitchen has high end appliances, quartz counter tops, ample cabinet space and fully stocked for everything you need for your stay. We paid particular attention to the quality of the beds and bedding material that is fit for someones personal home. Wall mounted TVs are set up in the living room and master bedroom with lots of cable channels including HBO and Showtime. The flooring is all Italian tile and the living room is set up with sofa and love seat. We have a large patio with two access points from the condo with a cushioned couch and two chairs as well as an automated Sunbrella with a wind sensor. We also have all your beach going needs with beach towels and umbrellas. The location is extremely quiet and is next to Carlin Park which has a 1.l4 mile exercise and walking track and just 5 minutes more walk with get you to the ocean. Amenities abound close to you to meet all your needs. We promise you that when you arrive you will see a sparkling clean interior which we take pride in. We look forward to your stay and as residents of Jupiter Florida we think this will be a plan you will love too. Never hesitate to contact us with any issues. We live in Jupiter and have all the contractors necessary for any issues. The home is checked constantly to insure top notch performance for everything there.

Start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
The cleaning service will wash all of the linens and towels.
Leave the pool key on the kitchen counter. Note: the replacement cost of the pool key is $55
Turn all TVs to regular TV.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Mailing address must be provided upon booking for the lease agreement to be sent and signed via DocuSign.
2 Parking Passes and Pool Key must be left at the condo prior to check out.
Please only use beach towels for the pool. The chlorine will bleach bath towels.

Family Trip to Jupiter

We had a wonderful stay at Charlene’s condo!!! The check-in process was easy as the owners mailed instructions prior through VRBO app. The condo is very clean and in a great location right on Carlin park. There is a playground nearby for our kids and the beach is a short drive. Highly recommend!

Great location for beach access and safe area.

I am from this area and this is about as close to the beach you can get for a great price, that’s spacious, safe and quiet. I love this neighborhood. Close to great restaurants and grocery stores. Walkable to the beach. The place was very well updated, clean and the property managers respond quickly. We had no issues other than the beds could have been more comfortable but that’s personal preference. Would recommend to anyone.

Perfect stay (again)!

Although this condo isn't right on the beach, it's just a short walk away and it's SO nice! We've stayed at the one upstairs before as well, and both are very nicely decorated, well appointed and comfy. We absolutely love the location because we can walk to the beach and it's only a 5 minute drive to the docks where we fish from (Square Grouper) and several other restaurants. Charlene is a great owner and love that they leave some essential in the kitchen (e.g. spices, oils, foil, baggies, and most importantly COFFEE for my hubby). Plus a nice bottle of proseco for morning mimosas :) This is our go to place when we stay in Jupiter (until we hopefully get our own one day :) )

Excellent Rental

We stayed in this condominium unit for 3 weeks in April 2023. The unit was exactly as advertised. Modern, clean, with nice amenities. As owners of a vacation rental property ourselves, we really appreciated how well-equipped the condo was, particularly the kitchen. Many good restaurants within a short drive, shopping centers, including a Publix close by and of course Carlin Park which directly abuts the condominium complex and the beach. This is our second condo in Bella Vista we have used a personal residence and now both are VRBO rentals. We are permanent residents of Jupiter Florida and still close by. We loved living in both condos and left with a little sadness but we are proud to share them with you. We love Jupiter and we know you will too.

Why they chose this property

The location so close to the beach but protected by a the large Carlin Park appealed to us. It is also very quiet not being close to main traffic arteries but still close to amenities. InBella Vista there are eight building of 8 condos and especially in summer you will appreciate not being surrounded by hot pavement, instead you are in a grassed courtyard. Many units are for rent here but we wanted to go above and beyond a basic rental unit. We wanted this to feel like a comfortable and beautiful home that enhances your stay and will make you want to come back to it.

What makes this property unique

It is very difficult to find short term rentals so close to the beach and that is why we chose Bella Vista on the Park. If you compare our nightly prices to close by hotels especially in season not only the cost difference is remarkable, you also get two bedrooms and two baths instead of one, a fully stocked kitchen, and a comfortable living room.

Some points of interests are the Jupiter Lighthouse and Museum. The Maltz theatre is close by with Broadway quality entertainment. If you are up for a drive go to Palm Beach Island to see the mansions and look at the shops along Worth Avenue which is our Rodeo Drive. Busch Wildlife Sanctuary is not too far away. The Norton Museum in West Palm Beach has more than 7600 works of art. I highly recommend the Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens in Delray Beach. It is a drive but if you go there take the slow route home by the ocean, it's worth it. For shopping other than Worth Avenue there is Palm Beach Garden Mall with both the known general brands and also high end brands. The Square area in West Palm Beach is also loaded with shops and great places to eat.
