This 130 m² house in Saint-Julien-de-Concelles can accommodate up to 7 guests. It features an attractive 28 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a 1,800 m² garden. Wifi included, bed linen and towels extra, we're waiting for you!

First floor
- 28 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not supplied), sitting area and office area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with espresso machine, washing machine, refrigerator, Marshall loudspeaker, electric kettle, oven, toaster, microwave, etc.
- Dining area
- Bedrooms 1 & 2: One queen-size bed (160x200)
- Two bathrooms with shower and WC including a sanibroyeur (do not throw anything away other than toilet paper).

Second floor mezzanine:
- Two double beds (140×190)
- One single bed

Exterior:
- A lovely 1,800 m² garden
- A terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

The house is ideally located in Saint-Julien-de-Concelles, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are nearby.
