At the entrance to Les Orres 1650, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 150 m² chalet with sauna and mountain views, built in 2022 with a distinct mountain feel and modern style, which can accommodate up to 10 guests.

It comprises an attractive 42 m² living room (with wood-burning stove), fully-equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms and three bathrooms (with shower and bath). You can enjoy a garden of around 250 m². Wifi (fibre optic) included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises :

Entrance hall with ski boot dryer, sauna and equipped laundry room (ironing equipment, hoover, washing machine, tumble dryer).

Ground floor:
- A dormitory for 4 people: two bunk beds (4 single beds)
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190), en-suite shower room with shower, vanity unit, towel rail
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, double washbasin, heated towel rail
- Separate WC

1st floor:
- A 42 m² living room with TV and wood-burning stove (wood not supplied)
- Fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee machine, raclette/fondue maker, food processor, etc.
- Separate WC

2nd floor:
- A master suite with queen-size bed (160x200), en-suite bathroom with bath, double washbasin, heated towel rail

Outside :
- A beautiful 250 m² garden
- A 30 m² terrace with table, chairs, plancha and lounge furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Les Orres, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

Activities :
- Les Orres 1650 ski lifts (Prebois and Pic vert) can be reached in 15 minutes (5-minute walk, 5-minute shuttle, 5-minute walk)
- The ESF and ESI ski schools are accessible by shuttle. Shuttle times are coordinated with lesson times.
- The swimming pool, tennis courts and hiking trails are within walking distance in summer.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the 3 reserved parking spaces in front of the chalet.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Shuttles from Paris, "Navettes Blanches" from Marseille and Aix-en-Provence and shuttle from Embrun station.
- Chorges station is 35 km away, Embrun 17.6 km.

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner).
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- The stove is functional, but wood is not provided.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be requested.
