Spend a wonderful vacation in this inviting vacation home with wellness.
The house is beautifully decorated with attractive furniture and the walls decorated by a local artist give it a special charm. The practical layout makes the house ideal for a vacation with two families, where no one has to be bored, as there is a large annex with an activity room. Relax in the whirlpool and sauna after a long walk or a wonderful day at the beach.
The large grounds and beautiful terraces invite you to spend many hours outdoors, as does the lovely multi-purpose pitch for many hours of ball games. The large garden is a play paradise, with a climbing tower and lots of other play equipment for the little ones to let off steam. Your dogs can also romp around here without you having to keep an eye on them, as the property is fenced in.
Pack your beach bag and take an entertaining walk to the sandy beach. Lyngsaa beach is child-friendly and car-free. Refresh yourself in the waters of the Kattegat and look for the most beautiful shells on the beach. A short drive will take you to Saeby, where you can stroll through the cozy harbor and the beautiful pedestrian zone.

Ein wirklich wunderschönes Ferienhaus in einer tollen Lage.Die Ausstattung ließ bei uns keine Wünsche offen.Das Grundstück ist ein Traum, sowohl für die Kinder als auch für die Hunde.Es ist mit Liebe eingerichtet und dekoriert.Nur die Sauberkeit hätte an einigen Stellen etwas besser sein können, was aber insgesamt den wunderbaren Eindruck nicht beeinträchtigt hat.Die Mappe mit den wichtigsten Informationen zum Haus lag ganz unten in einem Korb mit Zeitschriften, so dass wir diese erst sehr spät gefunden haben.Schön wäre gewesen, wenn sie direkt sichtbar gewesen wäre, zumal dort die Kontakt-Telefonnummer für Mieter verzeichnet ist.Insgesamt waren wir absolut begeistert und waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal dort.

Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb eher abgelegen im Wald, ca.
Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb eher abgelegen im Wald, ca. 45 Min. von der nächsten größeren Stadt entfernt. Es ist modern und in einem guten Zustand. Auch die Außenanlage war gepflegt. Die Küche ist für den täglichen Gebrauch gut ausgestattet (2 Pfannen und ausreichend Töpfe und Geschirr vorhanden). In den Betten (160m) konnten wir sehr gut schlafen. Da wir im November gemietet hatten, war ich zunächst besorgt, dass so ein großes Haus schwierig zu heizen ist. Aber auch das war gar kein Problem. Von anderen Ferienhäusern, kannte ich es, das z.B. Seife, Klopapier, Geschirrspültabs oder Spülmittel zur Standardardausrüstung bei Ankunft vorhanden sind, dies war leider nicht der Fall. Außerdem muss ich bemängeln, dass der Whirlpool bei Ankunft nicht gereinigt (wirklich dreckig) war, aber trotzdem einen Aufklber über dem Stöpsel hatte dass dieser frisch gereinigt wurde. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden und würden es weiter empfehlen.
